Hiya, our cats must be related as one of ours likes door mats and rugs. We just can't have them in the house which is a shame as we have to iron marks on the living room carpet and can't cover them up!
Had a lazy morning as hubby off work and I read in bed until 1130 finishing my book. Sheer luxury!
Today we're moving funiture around to make more room downstairs which is actually creating a lot of mess but hopefully it will look better in the end. I also need to write down the contents of the freezer as we're emptying it ready for payday. Lunch wasn't too bad (sausage and english muffins) but i'm concerned about some of the other stuff in there! We'll be eating some strange combinations.
Have a good day xxJanuary budget

Well... I didn't get much done today.. not only was DH making more mess than I could cope with we had a water stoppage due to a burst water main up the street.. that is 2 weekends running we have had no water.. so of course it was my fault and DH got to ytell at me.. he had just soaped his hands so he could get a sandwich when the water went off.. so I suggested he rinsed his hands in the toilet cistern... after all it is the same water as comes out of the tap.. and he went hysterical.. apparently it is 'toilet water' .. honestly he is so immature at times!!!
Needless to say the WM, DW, BM are only just on!!
Hopefully next weekend will be filth free and not water electricity or gas-less it is wearing very thin now.. it isn't even as if we live out in the sticks, we are in the middle of town!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Pampered Chef - have been to a few. - You all assemble in the hosts kitchen & the party planner cooks a meal using loads of the kitchenware on sale. Once its cooked everyone gets to eat it.
It is good quality kitchen ware but it is pricey so you have to really think about what you buy. However they are one of the best parties to host as you can get loads of stuff for nothing.
Sorry to take the thread off course.0 -
Evening everyone (and good morning Denise for when you get up)
Well I've not done too bad. Think I thought I had more time than I did, plus trip to sisters took much longer than expected as had to take her somewhere, so didn't get started on the rest until after 11am. Sitting room is tidy and cleaned. Dogs room tidy, cleaned and disinfected. Kitchen is still not right as DPs stuff all over it but he's away from early Sunday am and will be taking it with him, TFFT!
Going to put laundry away when getting the boys to bed, another day of drying indoors as it's pouring down again, have had to resort to using drier, DS2 wet his bed again, was only changed last night so have had to do his again aswell! Assignment I'll have to go through then aswell.
Stripped the kids as soon as they got in (which they didn't mind as they were 'soggy' anyway, and got the uniforms and coats straight in the washer, so my basket has stayed emptyJust got to try and get it all dry now
One day I might be more organised...........

Well, I've done naff all....seen to kids and been out and about but other than that nada...oh well...
I'm planning on having a very good go at it tomorrow though and play catch-up, DD2's bedroom looks like a bombs gone off and the mountain of washing there is would make your hair curl  and the dishes are starting to creep back in but I'll probs sort that later, but that's all I'm doing, a bit rubbish of me I know but I'm not making any excuses I don't want to do it and that's it
