I propose a competition to guess the name they will use when they resurface. 1st prize : a free demo of new company's bed; 2nd prize a free demo of new company's bed plus at a later date free demo of any other of new company's products. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Story here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/oxfordshire/8690727.stm
Customers who have already paid a deposit are unlikely to get their money back. They are advised not to pay any more and to contact the liquidator.
A blow for the workers and particularly for customers who have paid large deposits. I am sorry for them, but not for their despicable salesmen or bosses. Let's hope this is the last we see of this imo vile company.0 -

Anyone know how to get in touch with Adjustamatic?
They have just sent a shocking letter to my mother, offering to take over the warranty for her bed from recently liquidated Craftmatic, at the same time advising her not to talk to any other companies claiming to offer the same service. Of course, they'll charge a 'nominal fee' for this and need to visit to inspect the bed. There is no address on the letter and they don't answer the 0800 number.
I'm very worried my mother will receive a visit from fraudsters very soon. Not content with getting her the first time, they're gearing up to do it again. She is not streetwise enough to handle this.
Should I call the police? Or what?0 -

Tell her not to respond, and not to answer the door. Then contact Trading Standards to see if what they are doing is legal.0 -

hi i used to work for these sharks and ive also posted on here before under the name leeds lass and would just like to keep you all up to date they are still trading under another name in derby and still robbing the elderly
its still being run by damien o reilly and his son damien and amanda goor and lorraine obrien i welcomed the judgement banning them from being directors of another company but the way they get round that is by asking friends, family and employees to be a director in name only
there is another company in leeds doing the same thing0
