    SO Mr BE when is the big day??

    please make it saturday as im off all day and want ot know how this pans out!

    Sorry, I'm not going to be able to do Saturday, but I was planning to visit the butchers then. If I'm not too hungover on Sunday, I hope to have a go then. But don't bank on it as it might not happen. :o :rolleyes:
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    You dont need a loaf tin at all


    KNOB BUTTER fry onion,garlic,celery
    1 ONION chopped or carrot in butter.cool.
    1 GARLIC CLOVE chopped add all other ingedients
    1 CARROT OR CELERY STICK chopped shape into oval
    450G BEEF MINCE place on baking tray
    225 PORK MINCE place bacon over
    2 EGGS cook in oven for 1 1/2
    1 CUP BREADCRUMBS at 180c
    MIXED HERBS-2 TABLESPOONS EAT
    WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE-TO TASTE (i put loads in)
    3 TABLESPOONS CHILLI SAUCE
    6 RASHERS STREAKY BACON
    SALT AND PEPPER

    :o err...yes...well...but...

    Ok so it didn't quite happen this weekend. :(

    So I've taken Thursday, Friday and Monday off work, and it WILL happen on one of those days. Probably Thursday. Or Friday. :p
