    spuds ? not too long - 15-20 mins or so
    If you have any grainy mustard , add in a teaspoon or so with the mash :)

    edit: should keep for a few days - looks mighty tasty !

    peel the potatoes and cut them up into smallish chunks as not only do they cook quicker they are easier to mash, they are ready when you can easily slice them with a knife like butter whilst they are boiling. my other half normally when he`s mashing spuds puts a good dollop of butter in salt and pepper and then breaks an egg in as well and mashes it all up, the mash goes lovely and creamy and rich with the egg, apparantly thats how the chinese make mash :D
    proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance! :p

  • Should be OK for 3 or 4 days in the fridge if you have just bought the meat fresh from a good butchers. If you got it from the supermarket then it'll depend on the use by date on the packaging. Just think of all those lovely sandwiches you can have over the weekend - invite a few friends over. Hope it tastes as good as it looks - I'm well impressed.
