Good morning!
Oh Good. My youngest DS will be home from college very shortly and then I can get lunch out of the way while you are at the shops, and then settle down with a cuppa for the fun.
Hugs, Aurora. Are they too lazy to take over when you are poorly? I am lucky if I get so much as a cup of tea if I am ill, until DH gets home from work.0 -

Ok, so the meatloaf's in the oven. I chopped a couple of onions, a few red and green chillies, a couple of cloves of garlic, and chucked in some thyme:
Then I added the pork and beef mince, about 2lb in total. Also added a little packet of Paxo Sage and Onion stuffing. Oh, and an egg:
I then put that lot into here:
Which fitted quite nicely:
Then I folded over the bacon on top:
And put it in the oven at 150°C, in the roasting dish full of hot water. It's supposed to take about two hours I think, so I've got until 4.10pm to learn how to make mash and onion gravy.
How long do potatoes take to cook?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
