Out you go then >>>> Morrisons is waiting :)

Now, now, there's no need to be rushing. :p
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
  • Don't go out rushing to buy a roasting tin. You are better spending your money on a good one that won't buckle, than a cheapie which will do a couple of turns, then you have to bin it. Also no point in wasting money on something that you might not use....go with an ovenproof container that you already have which is bigger basewise than your loaf tin, or the other suggestion of cake tin with some water in on shelf below....you will have to top it up with more water probably.

Did you not get roasting pan with your cooker? (Might be a sign of the times that they don't come with these anymore....my cooker is ancient!)

Have just rediscovered this thread, and ending myself here. Sooooo good that you are back! :T

Can't give you any advice on meatloaf.....am a vegetarian!

I have a meatloaf receipe that just uses mince beef and a roasting tin. ( and a few other ingredient  not very complicated)

Put your shoes on its off to the shops you go. :)

  • OOoooo look! Do you have an Argos near you?

Seriously, this is what you need. A roasting dish with a) a rack, and b) a lid (for that roast chicken dinner, coming shortly!) :D
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

My cooker was here when I moved in. A roasting pan wasn't. :(

Whenever I make meatloaf, I just wrap it in foil and the fat from the meat along with the eggs keeps it moist.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
