Padster, somewhere it is reckoned that house moving divorce and popping yer clogs are the most stressful things that have to be dealt with. GRRRRh! with you, I've thrown mega smega hissy fits at moving times.

Thank you for the offer, Froggy, I'll bear that in mind but I did buy these from Joanna Sheen over the weekend and they are brilliant so far, just need to sort more cutting blades. :o Not managed to do a Rusty and slice a bit of finger off yet, but give me time.

Got my fingers crossed for you Padster xxx

I have a dentist appointment this afternoon, wish me luck cos I think I may need a filling :( but that probably won't be done today anyway.

We had a clear out of our garage yesterday and found lots of books, CDs, DVDs and a few games we no longer want. I have listed a selection of the books on the zappper website and will get just over a tenner for them and £45 from music magpie for our games and DVDs :D Really chuffed, not bad for stuff we no longer want. Just need to sort some boxes and get them to the PO. We have boxes and boxes of CDs so have left those for another day, going to take ages going through them all.

Off to Legoland tomorrow :). A friend of DS1's is having a party there and me, OH and DS2 are going too. Should be a fab day, just need the rain to stay away.
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

That sounds good Rainmac - don't even mention the word garage to me I shudder to even think about sorting that out. I wouldn't hold your breath about the rain it's rained every day of the school holidays so far.

Have had another traumatic morning trying to sort out sewer paperwork with the estate agent stirring the sh1t3 :rotfl:- spent ages on the phone to my solicitor to agree a way forward and finally felt better and now OH isn't happy it hasn't been sorted already - I offered him the solicitors phone number to discuss it but he was far too busy!!!!! If he's not happy with the way I'm dealing with it then he should do it himself  Men!

Good afternoon crafty people,I hope the weather is being kind to you all.:cool2:
I've just made a birthday card for a friend and wasn't happy to resort to peel-offs for the sentiment:(
The gold colour ddin't really work.
I've tried freehand and typing on the computer.
    Any suggestions ?
I've got a couple of happy birthday stamps but I'm never happy with the results.
Sorry to be asking questions again:embarasse

typing on the computer works for me, you can change the font and make it bold and any size you want. Cut around it and mount it on card or paper you have used on the card. You can colour the gold peel offs if you have pens, normal felt tip don't work but things like sharpies or alcohol based pens will, colour them while they are still on the sheet before you peel them off. Hope you get something you will be happy with, I know the feeling when you are just not happy with something, :-)

hi guys, i'm such a geek, i have sold a few items on facebook, and got 2 of the sellers mixed up.......... i knew i shouldn't have bothered! oh well, and then i just bought loads more things anyway :( way more then what i sold. but never mind. i hope you're all ok, i keep reading but never seem to do anything exciting to write about. i have a GDT card to make but i don't really like the image so can't get motivated- how do you all manage? and i really need to colour in an image, but am mainly dressing in black at the mo, so slightly scared the image would be shades of black! this really sounds like i'm depressed at the mo but i'm not!!!!! just tired and lacking mojo, the hubby had me in the bank for nearly 2 hrs to open a new account and to move my ISA very MSE but boring as well!

    well i'll go now i've rambled x

Hi! macma is it a birthday sentiment or what would you like to say? If it's a simple happy birthday try netty's blog here as she has lots of simple freebies or try TLC's blog here who has loads of brilliant sentiments to purchase and a freebie too.

I did try my promarkers on the peeloffs but couldn't get the colour right.Nettys stuff is brilliant ,she seems to have something for every occasion so they should keep me going for a while.
I may have to re make the card now but it took quite a while it's on my page I'd be grateful for opinions .
    thanks again :T
