Just before you go off and buy memento ink and embossing powder - you need pigment ink with embossing powder as memento dries too quickly to use - as the powder seals the ink it doesn't run and the little ridge can help keep you in the lines LOL!

Craftylouise - that stamp is Gillian Roberts from Stampavie but before you go and buy it have you seen Izzy from Di's Digis? She's kind of similar well she has a hat and a bird in that image :D

I've got a watermark stamp and embossing powder in my basket for the embossing side, is that the same as pigment ink? Its what the you tube blog i wanted used.

Embossing ink is different from pigment ink as far as I know, but both can be used for embossing :D x

It's rained here all day which rather forced me to finish the card I've been making for a week.....not one of my better efforts but it will no doubt be used one day......

Padster - comfort is everything with sofas - you can spend a long time regretting the wrong choice - we've done it a couple of times!

Padster that's brilliant, thank you both very much. :T:T:T

That will just finish off the card nicely, it's a lovely sentiment. Downloaded and tucked away for tomorrow.

Welcome all the newbies, Jack0212 the card you posted was lovely.
Me and OH went to Germany for Easter weekend spent some time travelling on the Rhine, was lovely and thoroughly recommend it, if anyone wants to go in the future I have a map I would happily pass along

The Wife I have an xcut which takes 12 x 12 papers, if you are ever in the Midlands and want it then PM me, I reckon it would cost too much to post as it is heavy, oh and thanks for explaining dry embossing I should really know the term seeing as I have had a cuttlebug for 3 years :o

FF I could probably make ten cards for your challenge, will really try and get a card done and post on my poor old neglected blob

Padster How could you sell Summer Breeze!! Those papers are lush

I am kind of pleased it is raining it will give me a chance to make some cards at last

oohhhh Wifey - hums the theme to the Twilight Zone

Mad Frog - I don't like the Summer Breeze papers and I'm not all that fussed on many of their others they're all a bit flowery for me :rotfl: I do like Up in the Air.

Another miserable rainy day - went swimming this morning as I needed to nip into the local craft shop for some DMC threads and forgot that most of the town shuts down on a Wednesday grrrrr.

Tomorrow is chasey up house move day - wish me luck!!!! OH had a right moan today saying that if it didn't get sorted our buyers might pull out - and that would be my fault of course even if their solicitor was unavailable today when the estate agent tried to ring them grrrrrrr
