Wow Jack that card is gorgeous! Where did you get the stamp from please?
Many thanks for your lovely comments. The stamp is from the ProMarker Stamp Pack 2. It's one of their latest releases and comes in a box with 3 different ProMarker pens and some small pieces of white card.
And how did you get all the colours onto it?
It took me a couple of hours to colour the image in. That was partly because I was having a crafting day with my little girl. Every time I just started to get back into my colouring I got "Mummy, can you get me this? Mummy can I have that!":rotfl:
I used ProMarkers to colour the stamped image. It took me a while to get to grips with these pens. I have watched loads of Youtube videos and studied lots of bloggs. I think it is something that you have to work at. The colours blend really easily together and sometimes I have used colours which you wouldn't necessarily put together but they have turned out really well.
Do i need a standard ink pad as dont want the pro markers to make the ink of the stamp run.
I use memento ink pads to stamp my images so that they don't run. I usually buy the dew drop pads as they are smaller, work just as well but don't cost the earth. that way I can buy more colours.
Are the wooden stamps and ones on clear plastic the same?
There are wood mounted stamps that have the rubber stamp already attached to the block They are a bit more bulky to store) and clear stamps which ideally you need to stick to an acrylic block to use. They both give the same effect.0 -

Oh god! I'm doomed! Promarkers AND stamp in the same packet?!!:rotfl::D Jack do you know what the colour combos are? Don't want to double up too much for the sake of a cute stamp0 -
Thanks everyone, have an idea of what I need to purchase now. I'm going to get some stamps, ink pad, pro markers and some heat embossing things - my hubby may want to look away :rotfl:0

Hi everyone!
Great card Jack.
Sorry I haven't been in here much but I keep up in blogland where I can! I managed a couple of months on stash ban and am trying to keep new spends to a minimum. I also reorganised the crafty area- I think I could go for a couple of years on a stash ban but I doubt I will!!
Congrats to FF!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

You can always email Paulette (i think that's her name don't quote me) and ask her if you can't find one.
Can't think of anyone else at the mo
Thank you for the link, Padster. She has so many to choose from and I spent a happy hour or two earmarking sentiments for the future.
Got a Scarbble card to do now, that should be Scrabble but I think that's how my brain will be at the end of making it:whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Just before you go off and buy memento ink and embossing powder - you need pigment ink with embossing powder as memento dries too quickly to use - as the powder seals the ink it doesn't run and the little ridge can help keep you in the lines LOL!
Craftylouise - that stamp is Gillian Roberts from Stampavie but before you go and buy it have you seen Izzy from Di's Digis? She's kind of similar well she has a hat and a bird in that imageOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
