Welcome to the most lovliest thread HelenPie :j I have used my blog as a record of what I make, good luck with yours x

Padster, I have been really lucky winning some fab prizes but I do enter challenges with nearly everything on my blog ;)

I am signing off now as I've had a carp day, some of the kids tug at my heart strings far too strongly and it's been a really tough day. Think I'm going to do a bit of crafting tonight to try and forget about it all xxx

    Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Rainmac - I hope things look brighter for you soon.

I've now started a blog (hopefully I've set my homepage link on here correctly)

I'm already skint :p- trying to get debt free and got a wedding in 4 months :D Oddly, I seem to have more money now that I'm debt-busting and saving properly but have mentally spent about £300 on crafty stuff already :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm in the middle of making a couple of batches of cupcakes and my mixer has just broken  off to OH's aunt's to borrow one so I can get these done. Need them for a colleague tomorrow...

    Catch you all later.

    Helen x

    Hi HelenPie!
As Madfrog said I started by checking out blogs and also magazines for ideas. I also did searches for tutorials and checked out You Tube and Create and Craft tv so I could really understand how to do the things I wanted.
Tutorials on colouring with Promarkers may be a good place to start.
It's great fun and really does help in tough times! (although it is also addictive and it can be tempting to spend too much on it!)

    Hugs to all- especially Rainmac.
