Hi everyone- I'm looking forward to things slowing down so we can all catch up!
Life has been so manic I've not even had time to take photos of my makes to blog! Struggling with catching various bugs going round and then managed to have a crafting accident resulting in a trip to hospital for 3 stitches in my right hand index finger! Not easy to craft, write, type, wrap pressies etc but it could have been a lot worse.
I hope you are all well and enjoying the festive season. I can't wait to catch up with the other places to see what you've all been making.
I need to go on a major mse kick or we could be forced to downsize. I'm back on a new stash ban ( only glue allowed!) and will be doing lots of stash busting.
Any tips on money saving while enjoying crafting and making money from crafting gratefully received!

Have a wonderful Christmas everyone xxx

Happy Christmas everyone - hope everyone has had a great time.

Been really busy lately, and managed to make all my cards this year (84) with time to spare, but wondered if anyone knew what make this die cut/punch is:

Really like the style of it, but having problems trying to find it to buy on the internet.

Thanks, happy new year to everyone too
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

  • I've just started reading the original thread! I've only recently started making cards and am trying lots of different ideas to see what I like. I could be a while reading all 6 threads but I'm gathering some great ideas so far :)

  • Hi everyone

I'm going to start making all the cards for Christmas 2013. I try to do so many a month to keep on track. people I used to work with thought it odd when I said in January that I'm doing them for the following year.

also have started to plan all the birthday cards etc.

I love making cards and scrapbooking but it's finding the time to spend as long as I want/need to. I have to clean my craft room and want to organise it better how about everyone else do you have your own rooms/space and is it a muddle after the busy festive season.
You can if you think you can .

couldsavemore I started with a plastic box in the corner of the lounge and now it's 4 filing cabinets and several boxes still in the lounge
It's only me and the OH and he doesn't mind.
When I'm actually making cards it seems to "bleed" into everywhere including the kitchen :rotfl:
  • I've been shopping today and bought a couple of bits from pound shops to use for some birthday cards for specific people. I must tidy up on Monday so I can get at the desk. I think I've successfully put my bl*g as my homepage which has a few of my cards on. They're only pretty basic but it's a start.
