Triangle, one of Jenny's three names is the one we've chosen too - wonder if it's the same one you have in mind.

Ooh Jovi's got it shortlisted too! Yes we're going to call him Theo. When we picked it we thought it was unusual but not too unusual and it's also a name which is in DH's family history. Don't tell me it's going to become really popular all of a sudden!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Yup you guessed it, another one for Theo. I just adore it so much...and I don't know any other Theo's (although it sounds like I will do very soon! :D) There are still two other names in the running though as DH isn't entirely convinced.

Freebie alert! In case anyone's interested (and, like me, has too much time on their hands and won't mind answering 7 multiple choice questions...), Bepanthen are giving away free samples of their anti-nappy rash cream. I've just requested one, so I don't know what size they are, but I'm a sucker for a freebie and will be happy with whatever they send me! Go to www.bepanthen.co.uk and click on 'claim your free sample'.

Hello, back from my moxibustion! Weird stuff - basically just had to lie on a bed for a while, whilst a specially-trained midwife burnt a thing that looked like a cigar, and held it next to my little toe on each foot....!

What I hadn't realised was that my DH now has to do it for me every evening for a week! :rotfl: He is going to LOVE it! :D

Popped into John Lewis on my way home to pick up the Dream Sheep - soooo cute! Can't wait to see it in action. Whilst I was there I may also have bought myself a new bag..... :o Bought it with birthday money though, that I got back in september! Gorgeous, it's an oilcloth Cath Kidston bag with a special new Olympics print on it. Oh I'll show you - here:

It's a bit big for a handbag really, but I figure that mummys always have huge handbags...! ;)

Nutella thanks for the link - have just been on and requested my freebie!

I feel the need for a bit of a moan today, I know it's probably been done to death already but I hate maternity clothes! They are just soooooo hideous! The only things that i can find that actually look good are over £100 an item and there's no way i can justify spending that kind of money! I have been wearing 'normal' stuff so far as practically possible and I have no objection to going up a size in clothes but I find that when I do that the fit isn't right in other places. I scour ebay all the time to find decent stuff but not had much success. Love baby but really hate feeling like a frump all the time.

On a positive note, had appt with midwife this morning and all is ok. Heard baby's heartbeat which was good and strong and she wasn't overly concerned that I haven't felt baby move yet. Told her that I had been getting light headed and a bit fuzzy of late so she wants me back in three weeks to see how that's going and might bring the next set of blood tests forward. I know I'm booked in for a GTT as well in June but can't remember the date! Will have to search for the letter when I get home!

Missmonkeymoo, what sort of things are you looking for? I've found a few things but you really do have to shop around. The thing I've struggled with most has been evening wear, it's like they think pregnant women don't go out anywhere of an evening!

Nutella, ordered my freebie too :)

I have never been very fashionable so manage to get by in my normal maxi dresses with leggings so far. Have got my maternity wear out of storage but it is still in the car at the moment. I found just going for bigger sizes worked for me. My (.)(.) are big anyway so they fit and the dresses I have been getting aren't fitted round the tummy but now look like were meant to be.

I think her father might have something to say about that. He is already over protective :rotfl:

Will be bringing her up as a tomboy anyway, not liking the sea of pink when we went to the shops the other day.

She can be an honourable boy (although you never know the scan next week might show things that weren't there before :p I do keep having dreams that we are having a hermaphrodite)

    Hello All

Just checking in, not had chance to catch up on thread yet but I am still waiting for little one to arrive. No signs of anything yet and Im getting really tired of waiting! Bought some lovely clothes in mothercare yesterday, just need her to arrive now so I can dress her in them!
Have midwife appointment tomorrow at the hospital where they will book me in for an induction next week if still no baby. Have a feeling they will try another sweep too.
Hope everyone has a lovely evening, hugs to those in need.
    xx
