Aw god I'm excited for you will you be finding out the sex if you can?

Oh sounds lovely and v cheap. My OH and I had a lovely lunch out on Friday, his company owns a lot of places so he gets 50% off food and eating out. We both had 2 courses and 2 soft drinks each for £15! Was a real fancy place too, white table cloths and the waiters in white shirts and black waistcoats. Pity Aaron decided it was time to poo and spent a good 5 minutes, straining and heaving really loud, was so quiet too.

Yeah a 1 bed, so this is a 2 bed with much more living space. It's almost double the space we have at the moment, so really excited. We get the keys the 14th of May but have the keys of this place until the 28th, so plenty of time to get our stuff moved

I think we are going to find out the sex, although if LO doesn't want us to know that's fine as long as all is well, that's all I'm focusing on at the moment (occasionally getting myself in a tizz that something will be wrong ).

Keep up the PMA my 20 week scan wasn't great so I understand where you're coming from, its nerve wracking. Im sure itl all go great and you get to see baby again

Hi, I am new here and not sure if I am supposed to post here? Just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant 3 weeks. Really worried as have a beautiful little 7 year old with cerebral palsy and wondering how he / me hubby will cope? Worried about this little one. My little boy is amazing but I am worried that history will repeat itself x

Do you have a sit down job? 36 weeks sounds ok to me, with my first I worked till I was 37 weeks, although I was just sat at a desk. This time round though I'm 33 weeks - It was my last day to day!:j:j:j But I'm on my feet all the time I'm there and it can be quite physical at times.

There's not much they can do anyway - it's your right to work right up to labour if you want, they can't say no, although if you are off work sick with pregnancy related stuff 4 weeks before your due date they can automatically start your maternity leave then.

:wave: hello, congratulations and welcome. You are more than welcome to post here There is also a less than 12 weeks thread where a lot of ladies who are in the first trimester post but it's totally up to you whether you post here, there or on both threads.
I don't have experience dealing with cerebral palsy but can totally understand your worries about the same thing happening to you again.

Hi all. Just an interim update as I play the waiting game!

Was admitted yesterday and had a propess inserted. Nothing major happening yet - I hadn't realised just how long and drawn out the process could be - especially as they're inducing me early. Have felt very uncomfortable down there since midnight but no signs of contractions or waters so my gut feel is I'll be having another propess late today.

I was a little bit overwhelmed when I first came in. One of the first things they said was that they're under staffed and then they lost my notes, but it has got better and the food isn't as bad as I'd heard.

Sorry if this is tmi but I'm a bit nervous about going to toilet as don't want to dislodge anything but want to be ready for labour - something on the list for today!

Hope all is well with everyone - thinking of you all especially thinking positive thought for other boldies x x
