hey
lots of pages to get through.
i had full bladder for 12 week scan and empty for 20 week. they do a lot of poking around at 20 week scan wouldnt like to have a full bladder for that.
had my 25 week midwife appt today, everything is fine. midwife scared me a bit when she said if i dont feel 10 movements a day to contact the hospital eeeekk. now i will be paranoid counting movements.
my sister came round yesterday with baby stuff which she has no use for now as she has 2 little boys. so now have moses basket and stand, baby gym, baby carrier, baby bath and maternity towels. cot bed is arriving tomorrow - so then just car seat to wait for from sister, she has lent it to her sister in law at the moment.
upper back ache on and off and rib pain, i do feel sorry for myself somedays but OH is really supportive and i know i can get through this.
someone mentioned leaky breasts, i have had clear/cloudy fluid a few times over the last few weeks. just normal my midwife said.
hope everyone is coping,

Thanks for the recommendation Kira - I'll definitely ask my surgery for a prescription!
I went to the midwife drop-in today and they've taken bloods to check the itching isn't anything more serious - will get the results tomorrow.
The midwife also tested my urine and said it was high in sugar and high in ketones... She didn't seem concerned as she thought it'd be high from lunchtime although they'll keep an eye on it (I'd only had a prawn baguette and water for lunch which was at 2 hours earlier).
Wishing everyone a peaceful night's sleep x x
I got the phone call with my liver test results today and they confirmed my ALT levels are high :undecided. I don't know that definitely means Obstetric Cholestasis yet, but I'm going back tomorrow for more checks.
Having read up on it there are some not so nice things that can happen, but with me being nearly full term I'm staying quite calm as I know that's best for baby too. I finished off packing both mine and baby's bags tonight just incase we get an early arrival.
Hope all mums-to-be, bumps, mums and new-arrivals are safe and well x x0 -
Hope all goes well tomorrow natwesty

Natwesty, good luck tomorrow, hope all goes well.
My breastfeeding session was good, not much new from what I heard over different classes and read in books, but it was worth going.
Really should go to sleep, especially as have oven cleaner co jb tomorrow morning, so no sleep in. It seems I have something going on every day this week, oven cleaning tomorrow, scan and consultant on Thursday, going to beauty salon on Friday, hairdresser and wedding on Saturday and collecting the dishwasher on Sunday. Not sure when can we connect it, as I am out of action for this sort of job and OH needs a lot of pushing to lift his finger.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Hope all is well natwesty.
Goppers - gorgeous name and I'm glad your little lady is doing well.
Emsbet - Tristan is doing just fine. I just can't stop staring at him, he's just a bundle of squidgy pudding. I would rather stare at him for 1 second than eat an Easter Egg!!! Now that is pure love.
Did I read you had decided to find out the flavour of your bump?

Callum is just so adorable with him. He says he loves him to bits and he's very protective of him. It's so nice to see then together and the bond they share.
Are you struggling to remember your name at the moment glimmer?

Wow that is love!!
I'm glad your boys are bonding
Yeah I think we might find out the flavour, I think it might make it a bit more real for us both (you know on top of the wriggling and expanding belly (and backside and thighs....))

Hehe! A lot of my family think girl (according to my sister I'm having a girl because my @ss is expanding so much! - thanks sis!) but I think it's just wishful thinking as my one sister has 2 boys so everyone thinks it would be nice to have a girl. Like you say I don't care either way as long as its happy and healthy. I'm just nosey and want to know
