Laura - my midwife said 10 movements a day is fine but well mine can do 10 before 7am and then i worry when it doesnt move for a while its a monkey for sure
Heartburn = hair its looking that way for mine - strawberry gaviscon chews and milk are my weapons of choice. although theres no logic in what causes me to have heartburn, big fat indian with loads of onion, garlic, spices = no heart burn so im stumped with it. But on my private 4d scan before she flipped to the 3d view she pointed out at the back of the head was white wisps - this is apparently hair.
Anywhoooo 31 weeks today eep seriously in shock that im actually pregnant still after trying for what felt like forever
Ooo, not long to go now then!
I dont know anything about a £190 payment but I would certainly welcome one!!
I do get a lot of movement - mostly at night when I want to sleep!! Maybe baby is small because of all the excercise it does lol! I am sure it probably is just because I am small - only 5ft 1. I cant really expect baby to be long, I just worry way too much
We also got to see baby's hair at our 4d scan. I was really surprised as I havent had any heart burn at all?0 -
Laura i didnt have heartburn with 1and2, both had full heads of hair

Oh forgot to say Morrisons baby event - 6 260ml Tommee Tippee Closer to nature bottles £10 - they £10 for 3 in Asda!!! or £15 for 6 in Asda so if your looking for those bottles bit of a bargain xLove is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

Thanks. I found this from McDonalds which states (Question 26) that they use pasturised milk in their milkshakes so I'm less worried now.
Gin, I'm sorry your scan didn't go as well as you would like but good news that both babies are doing well. Exciting that you might be having one of each flavour.
xx
I know that you've looked into it now but I read as well their milk is pasteurised.
With all this what you should and shouldn't do, I always just go straight to the NHS Guidance website which I have bookmarked and whether it is there or not it what I let guide me. I know it is unlikely they would name McDonalds but they would put restaurant/fast food milkshakes if there was any problem at all.
I have had 3/4 milkshakes and McFlurrys and all was fine at my scans.
There is a lot of do and don't out there and the guidance changes from year to year. My attitude is that I am not going to DO something if I know it is advised against, I do try to follow the NHS stuff but if I slip up without realising or hear something new from someone else I am not going to get too worried. The risks are generally low and as someone else said with most of these you would soon know about it if you were ill with what they could cause.
Hope all is well with everyone and congrats to BluebellDebt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

I've had a fun 24 hours, last night I went to delivery for reduced movement, as it's my second time they wanted me to go in for a scan this afternoon, before my consultant appointment. Baby is fine, but has turned breech since 8pm last night! I'm 38+3. So obviously the consultant couldn't do a sweep like she had previously promised. I knew that going in but I still nearly cried when she said so. We then discussed the other options, they really don't want to give me a c-section because of my other risk factors, I'm still reeling a little.
Hope everyone else is well! Sorry about my rant, I just don't discuss this stuff with family and friends.:ANeeding to save all the money, lots of MSE learning still to do
