Oh and Gin - you are my inspiration! I always look forward to your list of things to do/have done!
Nothing to be inspired by! Went thought my cupboard and have now 3. Bags of clothes for charity. Don't know where they came from, as when I put the rest back in, the cupboard is still full!
Now need to get OH Togo through his, and also the books in the 'library'. Would be great if we could get that done, so we can empty the room and get it redecorated before moving the sofa bed downstairs and getting a new bed for his parents(!!!).
Got a call from another cleaner, but not sure abot her. She didn't 'hit the right cord' with me, but anyway, she will come tomorrow to have a look around the house and see what needs doing and how long it would take her.
Right, of to town to visit the charity shop and the dry cleaners.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Happy I am happy for you to give me your foulest language if that helps! I can retort with the hypno birthing mantras I have been given

Come on happy, you can do it. Just thought I'd check up on you via the iPad whilst one of my boobs is being sucked to shreds. God I forgot how much it hurts.0

Don't glue yourself to the computer, it won't do your pregnancy any favours, and the GP definitely can't prescribe any creams or potions to detatch you from it!!!Having fun trying to save money without going over the top and living on budget food all the time...0 -
You are all so encouraging. Thank you.
I've sent my step mum home and mum is bobbing in with Callum for a bit before the real fun starts. He keeps texting me telling me how excited he is

Congratulations to those who've had babies since I last logged on
Baby Isabelle looks gorgeous
Excited for Happy - hopefully it won't be long now until you're having mummy cuddles and Callum can hold his new sibling
Emsbet try not to worry too much - it must be really hard but feel free to ring your midwife/maternity unit if you're bothered about anything as they're there to give reassurance - I've phoned a few times with worries and they've always been really helpful and not made me feel like I'm just being paranoid.
I think the cream will be fine, as already said the doctor will have been aware that you're pregnant so would've taken that into consideration. In general doctors don't prescribe things if they don't think it's necessary, especially when the patient is pregnant. Though if you're really worried, ask a pharmacist as they're the medication experts.
When researching prams we used Which? to help us narrow down our choices. We didn't use the mamasandpapas code because by the time we decided to check on Which? we'd already done a lot of research and tried a lot out so didn't think 3 months was necessary. Instead we signed up for their trial online which is £1 for 1 month.
Inlaws came around for dinner yesterday and brought the Moses Basket with them. We got it so long ago I'd forgotten what it looked like. Now need to buy bedding along with baby clothes and we're almost done
Worked out over the weekend that we have 83 size 1 nappies, 35 size 2, 166 wipes, and a pile of bits and pieces sat in the cupboard and we've only spent £4.10Hurray for baby clubs and vouchers.
Feeling really tired today, had a lie in until my cats decided they wanted to play then went into town to get some bits for dinner and renew OH's library books. My neighbour stopped in his car as I was walking home and gave me a lift because he thought I looked really tired and weary - apparently I looked bad enough that he felt he should offer a lift for the 300 metres I had left to walk.
It was nice of him and though I'm sure I'd have made it, it was nice to get home that little bit quicker and flake out on the sofa with a book while I got my breath back.
One of the things I'm finding frustrating since being pregnant is the fact that I get out of breath and very tired walking even the short distance to the end of the garden. I don't drive so in general I walk everywhere - I used to walk 4/5 miles a day at least and now less than a mile knocks me out.
But hopefully my breath will come back when baby arrives and we can make good use of the pram walking everywhere
WW2B, glad the scan went well. My OH adored going to our 28 week scan because you could see so much - looking at the eyes, fingers, teeth etc... was really fab. We've got a 32 scan booked for Friday morning so it'll be interesting to see how much more baby has developedNot the same as having him in my arms but it's the best we can do for now.
Sorry for the long post, I start typing and don't know when to shut upHope everyone has a good day *hugs*

Dont forget to breathe Happy - (that one always makes me laugh - seriously, how could you forget!?!?)
For anyone looking at getting nursing bras soon, I spent a small fortune on some Hotmilk ones at the weekend, pricey but well worth the money as they are flattering and probably the most comfy bras I have ever worn0
