I'm ok, we are just on our way to Newcastle. Had a rubbish night's sleep but I'm getting used to it

DH did enjoy his night out, realised some of the people who he works with live near to us which could be nice for him because he couldn't really socialise with colleagues in his last job because he worked in Liverpool.

Haven't read back properly cos on phone but I gathered the words Flutterby, show and waters in the same post. How exciting. You did say that your 40 weeks was Saturday so you may well be spot on!!!! Yay, I told you we were going to have a deluge of babies!

Good morning to everyone else. I'm still lay in bed cos I didn't sleep well again with this heartburn so am chilling out eating a chocolate bar. I brought one up with me last night so I didn't have too worry about low blood sugar levels!! Honest!

I think so happy, although he was a bit miffed when I swore at him in the night because he was taking up too much room and I was perched on te edge of the bed! My hips were hurting and I didn't even have room to turn over so I got cross. Oh well king size bed in the hotel tonight

Flutterby, the hotel has free wifi so I will check in this afternoon and I will keep an eye on my phone tomorrow. I want to know how you get on, no escaping me

Yeah happy, from my dates and knowing when I conceived my 40 weeks from the date of conception is tomorrow. However from my periods my due date was 23rd March, 29th March from scan so it goes to show how different the dates are. I am 40+8 according to scan today.

Lol, enjoy the breakfast in bed, you deserve to be spoilt.

It's nice to feel loved emsbet, thanks. I am getting quite sharp pains but not regular. Not sure I can call them contractions as I can't remember much from last time.

My period date puts me on 10th April and the scan put me back to the 17th April. I know when I conceived cos I was on holiday for a couple of days and it's the only possible occasion so these scans are a bit crazy at times. By their scan my pregnancy test must have showed a positive at about 4 days after ovulation. I don't think so!!!!!!

Triangle Not me on the DFW board, I might have posted a couple of times there over the years but never on a regular basis - the guys over there have so much knowledge and expertise, I never felt like I had much to add I used to post a lot on the Old Style forum - maybe you know me from there? Am having a lazy start to the day, DS is on the other computer playing MonkeyQuest so he's quiet OH has to work today and Monday - only bank hols he gets off are Christmas day and New Years Day, everything else is given as a day in leiu so just a normal working day for him It's a pain as he had to leave extra early this morning (he starts work at 7.30am) due to the bus services not running as normal.

Did anyone watch the OBEM follow up last night? I think I was a bit over emotional and should really have gone to bed as I cried during Eastenders (when Dot started talking about Heather to the Vicar bloke) and then again at Emmerdale when Aaron left... I then capped the night off by getting really mad with the Opera mum on OBEM as she seemed to use the whole program as a promotional gig for her singing.... I was shouting at the TV at one point.... erm, hormonal much?

Morning Jovi, funny you should say about Haribo sweets cos I had some of them before I went to bed. Maybe that was why the heartburn appeared!!

The scan put me back a week and a half from where my dates say that I should be - I know for definate when this baby was conceived... by my dates, my EDD should be 3rd June, scan put me at the 13th June :think:
