Ok, another outfit question - can anyone recommend the tights? Just looked on tightsplease, and they only have one in flesh colour - and costing a nice £25! Ok, I don't mind if I end up paying £25 if they look nice, make my legs look reasonable and hold nicely over the bump. But I am not willing to to pay that just to find out they don't do much at all and keep sliding down, etc. How do you choose the size? I used to buy medium size usually before pregnancy, but looking at the chart on the website for those tights I would need to get the biggest size they have. Well, I have gained weight during the pregnancy...

Boots have some maternity tights here that are £4.50. Amazon seem to have quite a few different ones for sale and Next and M&S do them but they only seem to have black.
I believe it's the same as with maternity clothes, you just buy your normal size.

Gar, I posted last night before bed but reading back it doesn't look like it saved I assure you it was riveting stuff though-my best post ever!

I lazed in bed til 8:15 this morning, only to be rudely awoken by...the builder arriving! Shock horror, was not expecting to see him on a bank holiday! Not complaining though

Lovely day here, although frosty. Hope you northerners aren't suffering too much with all that cold and snow. I couldn't cope with snow now - it's spring !!!!!!!

Meeting my friend for lunch today, she lives in london now but is home for the weekend. Them got a wedding tomorrow.

Oh, gin, the dress looks lovely, love the colour.

Gin my local asda had maternity tights and they were no dearer than normal tights

I never wore them as favoured leggings but the sizing went on hip and height

Well, exciting news, some of you may know from facebook but I have permission to post it on here..............

Snoopy's little baby Girl Isabella was born at 10.02pm last night weighing in at 6lbs 5.5ozs! mum and baby are both fine and hoping to be discharged tomorrow. I'm gutted though, I missed text inviting me to go visit this evening until it was too late going tomorrow though!

Midwife went fine today, BP etc. all ok but she wasn't sure about baby's position so she sent me for a scan. For once the little monster is behaving relatively well and is head down but back to back. Still not engaged though. Can't believe Snoopy was originally due 4 days before me and has had her baby and I could potentially be another 5 weeks yet!

happy no i didn't go to asda - my friend was gonna text me when she was going then I was going to meet her there, however it got to time to pick DS up from nursery and (owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww) still no text so i text her and she said she FORGOT!!!!! aaarrrhhh.

Well news update for my - I have had my show this morning. I got up to go to the toilet a couple of times during the night, felt very wet, and thought my waters must be leaking slowly. Then this morning when I stood up i said to OH "think my water might be leaking slowly" then I got the mucas snot type thing. I keep getting lots of period type pains, some very painful some not, so I am not sure how long things will take. Do I have to time, I have no idea what to do now. OH has gone to work, but is only down the road. DS is watching TV and I am hesitant lol.
