Naughty naughty Happy and Emsbet for making me so hungry....all the blooming time!! If I end up putting on 6 stone in this pregnancy, please can I hold you both totally responsible?

    Glad all OK Dashikii :)

Had my maternity risk assessment at work today. They want to continue with my reduced hours until I go on leave...and I got told I was naughty for going back so soon when GP said I should have another month off! However, although I am in a lot of physcial discomfort, going back to work has done my mental health the world of good :)

    Squishes to all xx

Has anyone been to any baby exercise classes? I was thinking of doing something like pregnancy pilates, a friend recommended a class locally that's only £2.50 a time and just pay as you go. Though as I've got "loose" joints already it may help for the SPD. Also get me a bit fitter :o Feel I'm getting more flabby than babybumpy if you get me?

My GP wants to me to return to doing the aqua-natal class I had started attending as he thinks it will help my SPD. At the moment even walking the dog causes me a lot of discomfort so I'm hopin the water will help and I can finally get some much needed excerise! Enjoy your pilates :)

We are allowed a baby brain. Did you go overdue with your first child?

Ohh I'd not thought about aqua classes, did them years ago. Not for pregnancy though. Need to do something to keep active and get my joints to be nice and strong! Will look them up. Thanks triangle :)
Did you get a date for your physio appointment? xx
