I'm afraid apologies are in order, I know how much you hate a queue jumper (especially one who was 48th on the list) however our beautiful baby was born at 12:45 on Monday weighing in at a tiny 1lb 15oz, at 28+0. We've decided to call her Grace Nancy Alison. So far she's doing better than expected, she hasn't even needed a ventilator and she came out crying. They told us it would be a week until they could give her some milk, but in light of how well she's doing they're now saying they'll try her on Wednesday or Thursday if I can express some by then. I'll do a more thorough account of her sudden entry into the world in the next few days. I was allowed up to meet her in the nicu tonight and she's amazing, I now can't sleep as I'm so impatient to see her again.

Dinah - Grace sounds like a little star. Congratulations and we really don't mind a queue jumper at all especially with what you were going through. I'm glad that you are ok as I know your BP was causing you a lot of concern. Keep us posted on her progress and look after yourself. xxx

Oh yes good luck today Lovecrafting.

I slept a little better, I've discovered if I sleep with my knees bent my hips hurt a bit less.

I'm 16 weeks today Got to phone the doctors this morning to book my 18 week midwife appointment. Anomaly scan is 4 weeks today.

How are you this morning Happy?

I'm ok thank you Emsbet. Just having a mammoth cup of tea and getting DS ready for school.
I also sleep a lot better with my knees bent. Though I must say, bedtime is when I'm glad my ex !!!!!!ed off cos I'm not sure how I would cope with sharing a bed. I just starfish and hope for the best.
16 weeks today, wow that seems to have gone really quick. Bet you are looking forward to your scan. You do know when Ive had my bump I'm still going to stalk you. Feel free to take out an injunction.

Wow, 37 weeks, not long now until you meet little man. Is you DS excited to meet him?

Since moaning that I felt flabby the other day my bump seems to have hardened up a little and is definitely less wobbly and more round

I was just doing the list and took two people off the birth list from the end of January thinking that it was 3 months but then realised its only two. But looking at it others, like Kira and 4nnabella who had their babies at the beginning of January are also off the list so maybe it's two months after all.
