Been and bought mini-toiletries for the hospital bag (if I need bigger stuff hubby can bring from home - I ain't planning on staying in!), and flip flops in the event of utterly rank shower floors... and more babywipes since they're £1 for Johnsons in Tescos atm.
That is a brilliant suggestion, will add that to the list!0 -
ahh 38 weeks, i cant imagine going that far to be honest, it would be interesting if i did. i just want a c cup i would be happy with that, a d would be amazing
a sanwich if it is covered should last a few hrs i think, actually i dont know maybee longer. if its in a sandwich box it will last all day.
next apointment ask for physio if you think you have spd hun, its well annoying and really hurts but physio will help you.0 -
I know you're right Gin, I really do need to stop worrying. I think its because I don't feel organised and ready yet. Once I have all the essentials sorted then I can relax a bit.
Well, we went for the bugaboo donkey in the end. Cost a fortune but they resell on ebay for about 80% of the purchase price. Got a really good deal at the babyshow at excel in Feb. Also got the cabriofix car seats and saved ourselves about £400 in total. I expect to change the pushchair after about 18months lol.
23rd of April makes us 38 weeks and the doctors intend to induce me by then. Its not fair that the baps haven't grown. I've never really had baps and I thought with twins I was guranteed to go from a b cup to a double D :rotfl:. But it might have just been wishful thinking. I'm still wearing the same bra from before my BFP.
How long will a sandwich last if not in the fridge? Sorry if its a stupid question, but when i'm hungry I want proper food not a snack. (Ideally a double whopper with cheese)
Oh and I think I have that SPD thingymajig.
That's been my big pregnancy craving... flame grilled stuff... burgers... steaks... the lot!
I'm still in pre-pregnancy bras - they've rounded out, and I've got nipples you could use as coat hooks - but haven't actually gone much bigger than they go pre-period anyway.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -

Dashikii, we got the car seats and bases (easybase 2, so not isofix) already. I got a good deal at Boots with the car seats (20% off code, and loads of points) and the bases from Amazon (less than £70 each). I just need the pushchair!
I know what you mean aout getting organised. I only got one cot, although I am slowly starting to agree that we don't need both of them from day 1.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Happy birthday Happy! Non-alcoholic beverages all round!
Further TMI, my DH is terrified to go near my chest though he is pleased with the extra cup size, not sure if he thinks I'm gonna leak on him or something but it's been no go for a few weeks now!
Been to mothers and toddlers with a friend today, I know she needs to grow big and strong for a few more weeks but.....I want my baby!0 -
mines the same to be honest, mind you he hasnt been near me at all for ages, we dtd last week and i ended up in so much pain i think i have scarred him for life bless him.0

On the hospital tour they pointed out where the kitchen was for dads as they wont feed them or provide them with anything but feel free to go and get a cuppa/hot water from there.
Theres also a vending machine by the delivery suite front desk - so they dont have to leave the area - theres also a costa and a whsmiths in the hospital.
39 and a half weeksmy midwife lied :@ she said baby would be here by the weekend on Weds
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0 -

I could eat a burger everyday and at one point I was. In fact, I could put cheese on everything, even chinese food :rotfl:. Steak hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm don't get me started.
My nipples are huge and they have gone really really dark, do they go back to normal after the babies come?0 -

We have two cots which we got second hand from ebay, but I still need to buy a new mattress for them. There are loads of different types so i'm trying to research which is best.
Wow i will look on amazon for the bases cos that looks like a really good deal thanks0
