Gosh I so can't get comfortable anywhere today. I can't sit, stand or lie down without feeling like one or more of body parts are going to seize up and drop off. I feel like a weeble and look like something that would be washed up on the shore. I also have broken out in horrendous spots and my face looks like a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. I'm literally falling apart.DS1 born June 2000

Me too Happydays, I have this weird back thing, sort of pelvis area, I'm kind of dragging my right leg when I walk, looks really attractive, DH had to scoop me out of bed this morning, was like a beetle on my back!
Getting a new carpet in the front room tomorrow, not great on the budget but it's been a long time coming! I've taken tomorrow off, am making a trip to Ikea for a few bits for the nursery, then I'm seriously not going shopping again until LO gets here as I find it too stressful
Labour vibes to the boldies, hope all is well Icey, oh and looking out for Gin, are you there?0 -

Oh last nights OBEM, that midwife, our antenatal class instructor said you can request a different midwife if yours annoys you, well I'm too polite for all that, but that poor girl just couldn't be bothered with her. loved when she was wittering on about the CD! And the other girl saying 'it won't go back in will it' when the head came out - classic!0

Amymo - sorry you are suffering aswell. It's rubbish isn't it. I could do with a stairlift but I don't think they for short term ones. Good on you going to ikea tomorrow. I just couldn't do anything like that. The side of all those yellow and blue Swedish signs would make me want to run off. And everyone walks so slow in there aswell. I like to get what I need and bog off back home with little or no effort. I feel like I need to start beepin when I turn round and 'vehicle reversing' being played over the tanoy.
Sammie - well we are a rubbish bunch aren't we. I think I'm just at that fed up stage now. Lol at you thinking the foot will escape. Any luck and it won't be long for you and then you can start feeling a bit better. And if all else fails there's always chocolate!!!

I think that midwife would be an acquired taste. I reckon they are careful who they assign to her care cos I imagine she would rub some folk up te wrong way. Personally I would love her cos I would just want to laugh every time she opened her mouth.DS1 born June 2000

Ladies thinking about washables, we preferred the totsbots but this offer at Mothercare seems excellent 70% off so it's £30
