Thanks Girls, I'll tootle off to Tesco's now - at least I don't have to worry so much that my waters will break in the middle of the freezer sectionWhether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0

Good afternoon ladies. Well I was up at 6am this morning and sent DS on his way at 7am and then went back to bed until midday. It was utter bliss and I was so glad not to have to go into work.
I think im really going to have to have words with my bladder. I need to go every 2 hours at the least and it's driving me mad. I feel like I should maybe start sleeping in the bath!!!
Sorry you couldn't have your sweep Icey but you have got a few days before induction so let's hope your little lady comes before then.
I can't really remember what else I've read but hope everyone else is ok. Noticed that ravenlady hasn't been on for a few days so maybe she is getting her cuddles.
The list is starting to scare me silly now. No idea how my name got up so high. Just ridiculous!!!!

Well, stroppy MW wasn't there so yay on that front, but other MW (not lovely one) couldn't do a sweep as my cervix is posterior.
I think I understand her correctly, baby's head is very low but my cervix is tucked up behind it so she couldn't reach it. I can attempt another sweep on Sunday at the birthing centre at a hospital fairly local to me but given that she has now booked me for induction next Thursday (15th) she is not feeling particularly confident about it.
I am ridiculously upset about it, I "know" I shouldn't be and things could still kick off in the meantime but there is a little part of me being silly and upset about not being able to get it done by myselfIf I am to be induced it means I can't have my water birth and it all sounds horrible with fast and hard move into contractions and then the intervention waterfall thing could even possibly end up in c-section
:(
Oh well, the main thing is to get Elvis here safely and I have to pull myself together and get over it - it might not happen that way anyway!
Awww try not to owrry icey, I was induced 2 days after my waters went and it didn't result in a section. Fingers crossed for you.happydays77 wrote: »Good afternoon ladies. Hi happy - glad you had a lie in, my and OH were both awake at 4:30am......don't feel too tired considering. I have been for my eyes tested and legs waxing this morning, just chilling now, contemplating on putting some washing on.
I am not doing too bad on the toilet front lol. I go about 10pm before bed, midnight and then once more before I get up about 7:30am.0 -

Oh Flutterby my toilet habits are ridiculous. I am up at least 4 times between midnight and 6am when DS gets up for school. It drives me mad.
Ive never ever had my legs waxed. Does it hurt?
Hang in there Icey, will all soon be over xxDS1 born June 2000

One of the deliveries (nursing chair) is still not here!!!! And the company doesn't do online tracking either, so I can't even check if it is out for delivery today. The mattresses have arrived, I think we will be on first name terms with this delivery man soon.
And I managed to do a little bit around the house. Ok, it is not ready for the guests on Sunday, but it is a big step forward. Also, was brave and have sown some things in the small pots/seed trays, and some salads/radishes/etc under the cold frame outside. Feels a bit better, that I may have something to put in the garden this year!
Needed to post a few bits from ebay, collect a few parcels, but have been stuck in house waiting for the delivery! Still have to get shopping done tonight, as need to marinate some meat for Sunday dinner!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
I've been lucky with toilet breaks at night, I go once at the most and I think that's only because I always take a pint of water to bed with me!! Xx:)DS1 10yrs
