Have you watched the programme Mozzy? I liked the movie, but found it more "awkward" than the series if that makes sense? There were parts where in the cinema it was silence and sort of cringey? Still very funny though :D Plus they're making a second one apparently so can't have done too badly :p

All those cakes sound amazing! I've just had a quick tidy round and got back into bed, got 2 episodes of Hustle to catch up on and the last episode of Sherlock.

Can't believe how many babies are due end of Jan and start of Feb. Gonna be a busy time on here.

    Quite a few boys too.

And yep Gilly, although they aren't that impatient or they'd be here giving us cuddles. (I wish :D) x

    Afternoon mummys-to-be & bumps/new-mummys & bundles of joy :)

I only found out what "V-day" was last week and by general concensus think I've reached it today :j (24 weeks). I'm celebrating with a turkey sandwich (my fave - I'd have Christmas leftovers all year if I could!) and a chocolate biscuit

All have been ready up on anterior placentas - has anyone else got one here? My scan report shows it's anterior and I know I'm not feeling baby as much as some so I guess that explains why. It might be a blessing towards the end if it cushions kicks a little but hope my husband will still be able to feel baby move at some point.:undecided

Also bought a printer for half price today from Currys - figured I'll need something to print all my vouchers after I leave work on maternity!

Hey :) I`ve had anterior the last 2 pregnancies. And trust me, the bigger baby gets, u`ll still feel him/her move just as much! I couldnt feel kicks from the outside until about 26 ish weeks, so DH had to wait a fair bit, but baby will make their presence known dont worry :) And then everytime he/she kicks u`ll be cursing them hahah! xx

Just had a lush shephards pie, yum yum! Also made a victoria sponge, practicing for making DD2 birthday cake next weekend.....she wants a Penguin Icicle Castle cake..hmmm! xx

My notes say anterior high, and I didn't feel baby move until week 24, but since then, I feel him all the time now! And hubby has felt him loads!

    TMI ALERT!!!
Since being pregnant, a lot of the time, the best part of my day is..........after I've been to the loo and had a bowel movement! :D
I feel like a whole new me, and that I should do some sort of victory dance afterwards! :rotfl:

BTW - I've suffered on and off with really bad constipation throughout the pregnancy. But now the end is in sight! :)

Haha Mozzy I couldn't agree more, a literal pain in the butt!

I have seen too much of our bathroom these last six months and long for the day when I don't have to greet my porcelain friend in the early hours of the morning!

Got the pasta on for the meatballs. Seems to have got a lot colder here today, had to have the heating on, which is unlike me :o

It's so quiet around these parts today, maybe people are off having babies!

  • I know it was posted in this thread but can't for the life of me find it... I wanted to add to my liost the ready made bottles of milk for emergencies.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
