Morning ladies.
Congrats to Emmy and Kimberly.I also need to get a nightdress or two for myself for the breastfeeding.... Any ideas? I couldn't see anything suitable in Primark here, or am I just blind?...
I got one from matalan for £10, like you I couldn't find any in primark. I also got some pyjamas in there too. They're not maternity but I bought a size 16 (I'd normally buy a 12) and they've still got LOADS of room in. I'm 100% positive they'll still have plenty of room in when I'm due.
These are what i bought:

The nightie isn't as roomy as the PJs, I had to get a bigger size in that but I can't remember what it was. I'll probably end up having to get a smaller one once baby arrives but I wanted it to wear at the hospital when I'm in labour so it needed to fit the bump!
I have my appointment at the feto maternal unit this afternoon so I'm only at work until lunch and then I only have another 12 days left to work.0 -
Feeling very tired this morning for some reason, seemed to sleep ok but woke up feeling like I need a need a few more hours
Have Midwife this morning for first time since 3rd January - not sure why but I am nervous; maybe because its been a few months
Hope all ok, labour vibes to boldies

Flutterby - I love the name Noah for a boy, that is top of my list at the moment!! xx
Happy - I really like Harrison too but dp's best mate has already stole that name for his little one!!xx
ahhhhh it only picked part of my multi quote up.
Happy, no we are team yellow, but strongly leaning towards a boy. I feel the same as with my DS. It hasn't helped that when I was in hospital over the weekend, they did a scan to find out if still breech and said "he's managed to turn". Could just have been a figure of speech as OH said they didn't go anywhere near bits!
Sammie I love Noah too but my OH doesn't.
My son was gonna be Harrison all along but didn't look like one when I had him, he is Finley. I love the namedizziblonde wrote: »We've got a list of possible names that we keep tweaking and fiddling with. For ages I loved one name - but I've been teaching a class with a little lady of that name who is five going on fifteen and having to say the same name 973 times in a morning tends to turn you off it somewhat! The other girls' name I adored and kind of wanted to use was Isabella - because my gran was an Isabelle and I've always liked it... but Twilight means they're everywhere so that one's off the list too now!
Occuptational hazard of teaching and working with kids - certain names get permanently associated with various children!
Dizzi, I work in a nursery and lots of names remind me of the children there, bit offputting really lol. I love Issy but too popular like you say for my liking. Scarlett is amongst my faves but a friend has a gf called Scarlett so OH says no.Thinking of you today Emsbet, been keeping you and your baby in my prayers that it all goes perfectly at the scan x
Emsbet, hope the scan goes well, thinking of you, please post as soon as you are able tolots of love and best wishes x

9 days left:eek: according to babycentre its the size of a leek!?!
Not long now!!!
I love that site, I remember when mine was the size of a poppy seed never thought I'd get to the size of a leek!! Xx
Flutterby- it's annoying when you like a name but oh doesn't agree. I let him pick the girls name so I got to pick the boys name as I secretly think it's a boy we are having!!at my 20 week scan the lady asked if we already had girls or boys when I said two boys she replied "aslong as this one is healthy that's all that matters" makes me think this ones a boy and she took pity on me!!
Got 38 week midwife appointment at 12.00 can't be bothered to be prodded around but hopefully I won't be going much more anyway!!:)DS1 10yrsDS2 7yrs :)DS3 born March 2012

Yeah he is so indecisive is my OH re names and has excuses why he doesn't like them. ie - I like Harry - he said, your not pregnant to a wizard so no not Harry. Theo - would remind him of Theo Pafitis from Dragons Den. Lucas - his mum used to have a dog called Lucas. It has been so hard. Now the name that we both like (but I am going off lol) his mum and my mum don't like!! AAAARRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Lol re the midwife, does sound like she took pity on you and was trying to make things better - she could be double bluffing you though.
Hope all goes well today.
I have college this aft so just finishing off my homework lol. Meant to have an exam 2 days before my due date so hope I am not early lol.0 -

I had a fab nights sleep, we went to bed to read and I was asleep by 9:30 lol.
Jovi that seems ages since you saw a midwife, good luck.0 -
Hope college goes well flutterby.
Why does it always turn into a science experiment trying to do a wee sample in the pots to take to the midwife!!

Lisa I bought the exact same nightie in the same size thinking it would be ok for BF, only problem is I can't find the bag with it in anywhere! It must be somewhere amongst the nappies etc that I have to sort through tonight!0

Congratulations Emmy! So pleased for you
Happy I am having Braxton hicks a lot too now, mostly in the evenings. When they are really strong the top of my bump goes so tight and I find it quite hard to walk. I dont mind though as I think it is Pip preparing his or her escape route!
Had my 34 week check yesterday and all is fine. Pip is head down and currently back to back. MW said it will still love around lots before it settles so not to worry. Im getting so many pushes and kicks from the hands and feet the front of the bump! Its adorable
Also did a relaxation class at the hospital yesterday. I think it was a bit like pregnancy yoga and it was full of useful tips about positions for early labour and breathing excercises. This is as well as the 3 antenatal classes we start next week. If anyone else's hopsital offers this class Id really recomend it.
We have also nearly finished the nursery. Hubby put my nursing chair together this weekend and its the comfiest thing ever! I think I will be spending lots of time sleeping and reading it in til Pip arrives. It was a bit of a treat but some friends of ours gave us all their nursery furniture so we used some of the money we saved to buy the chair. Im so happy we did!
Now we just need to change the curtains, put up black out blinds and add the hungry caterpillar wall stickers.
Hope everyone is well and comfortable today. I am feeling like I am all bruised down below today, no idea why but it is making me waddle round the office like a very fat duck!0 -
Lisa, hope your appointment goes well. I still have 26 working days left :0( starting to regret my decision to leave 12 days before my due date - and my last day is friday 13th!!!0
