Haha love that description of your cat dizzi, I don't feel as bad about my dog having his own armchair now! His bed is only for sleeping in, his armchair is where he conducts his daily business of barking at the tv and hoarding DH's smelly socks!

He is literally desperate to spend time in the nursery despite us trying to make it out of bounds it makes him all the more desperate to dash in between my legs but that room was his little sanctuary when we brought him home as a rescue and not gonna be easy for him when LO gets here!

My local paper Shop sells amazing Easter eggs but they aren't that cheap :o I keep praying dp doesn't look in our weelie bin or I'm in trouble!!

Need to go to the shop before I pick the boys up as I'm running dangerously low on rennie for my heartburn.

Yep, easter egg chocolate just tastes so much nicer doesn't it! I'm fond of a buttons egg myself, for some reason the inside of creme eggs currently taste like tea for me, I have some strange pregnancy taste buds going on!

Sammie - I just got a shopping delivery and to my horror there was more Easter eggs. Not a clue how they got there. Now I need to hide them so DS doesn't assume ownership. They are all mine....mwahahahaha.
My heartburn was a lot better last night. I've got packets of Rennie everywhere. They just keep appearing in random places so im never without.

I've just polished off two Apple YumYums that jumped into my basket whilst in the supermarket today :o

The tea is still sitting here waiting to cool to the perfect gulping temperature :D

:rotfl: happy and Icey, at least we can get away with it whilst pregnant!!

It's the naughty shops fault for putting Easter eggs out so early they damn well know what will happen!! My asda has 2 aisles full of Easter eggs for as cheap as £1!! Xx

    Happy due date!!! :D

Is the midwife going to offer a sweep tomorrow or do you have to wait for that? Xx

    Thanks Sammie

MW had said at 38+1 that she would attempt a sweep tomorrow so hoping that might kick things off. I know it probably sounds really weird but I've not had to have an internal all the way through this pregnancy, I've had smears before and it's fine i just feel like this will kinda change my relationship with the MW if she has to put her hand up there :) hubby thinks i'm mad and it probably doesn't make much sense but never mind.

Labour vibes to all that need them, and of course those that want them too :)

He's a lakeland terrier Sammie, lovely wee rescue, taken a lot of work to get his confidence up (four years!) and he's terrible with other dogs but I wouldn't change him for the world!

I understand how you feel I have been adamant that I would want a sweep as soon as one was offered but the closer I get the more unsure I am :o
It has never bothered me in labour having an internal as there is to much going on if you know what I mean just not sure I could get it all out for a sweep!! :p

God I sound such a wimp!! Xxx
