DD2 hasnt been sick since sat, but all she ate all day yesterday was 1/2 slice toast, 1 slice read and butter and 2 yorkshire puds. Oh and a few starburst sweets last night! Certainly not enough to be sending her back to school. She has only had 1/2 bowl cereal today and not wanting anything still atm :( She still got temp too. Phoned the school, and they said the bug thats going round seems to be knocking the kids sideways, they all been off for 3-4 days a least!!! All I need right now...!!

  • Morning ladies :)

Emmylou - Happy due date, hope you don't have too long to wait before mummy cuddles and hope your DD is better soon :)

Have had a stressful morning here so just been catching up with the thread with a brew :)

DS had a chill yesterday and spent the whole afternoon on sofa feeling very sorry for himself, when he went to bed, he woke up every few hours so didn't get much sleep. This morning, he got up and was practically bouncing off the walls so I think it was just a 24 hour thing, he has gone to school and I have not had the dreaded 'come collect him' phone call yet so he definately seems to be over whatever it was :)

Am still waiting on my final payment from work - I was made redundant on 18th January and they owe me about £500.. starting to stress me out a bit now as they keep saying they will send a cheque but it has not materialised yet :( Wouldn't mind but they have already taxed me on it as I have had my P45 and final wageslip...

Also rang tax credit for an update on my claim (put in end of Jan), apparently, they need more info from me and it will take another 2 weeks to process. Why they couldn't have told me sooner I have no idea :(

Apart from that, bumpy is fine, kicking away and reminding me he's there :rotfl:

Labour vibes to all boldies :) Am off to find some PMA from somewhere, I seem to have lost it a bit today :o

My swelling seems to have got much worse today - my engagement ring and boots were as tight first thing this morning as they normally are after a day at work. Come on flip flop weather!!

Have worked out that after today, I only have 35 working days left until I start mat leave after 3rd May - woo hoo! This is keeping me going today!!
