Thanks guys, have just posted on the redundancy forum so will see what people have to say on there. Spoke to a different HR guy who i trust more than the one for my department and he says that its all correct but if my manager wants to she can say the department will stand the cost so I'll speak to her when she's back at work next week.0

Those that have kids already.....ITS HALF TERM! HOUSEWORK?? WHATS THAT??!!!!! haha! I`m leaving the older 2 with their Dad and am taking the lil one to toddler group in a bit, if she ever gets dressed! She has her Peppa pig all in ones on, and is refusing to take them off!
Have fun seeing Peppa live flutterby! I had fully intended for the last 6 weeks to book The Gruffalo tickets on Monday when they were released for sale, but watched th trailer online Sunday evening, and tbh it looks pants! Not worth paying £40 for us to go see a 55 min show thats for sure! Its not even a costume, the mouse is just a lady with brown leggings and tshirt onI`m sure it is good, but worried i`ll be annoyed when i come out, so we r going to go out for the day instead!
I dont have to worry about visitors just popping in eitherall family and friends live 200 miles away! Theres only the friends i have up here and none of them would just drop in, they always call/text to ask to come for coffee so its all good! Only prob is, even tho theres a Travelodge a 5 min walk from us, family just assume they can stay here....... My Nan is the hardest work, she travels for 8 hours on a coach to get here, then has DD3 bedroom, so we have DD3 in our room, which just isnt going to be possible with a newborn! So really not sure how its all going to work

Hey!
Apologies for having been away for AGES but it's hard getting to a laptop now...
Had a girl on the 26th January by emergency C-Section but all going well and she is well above birth weight now...
Emmy is doing fine and looks much bigger already
Not sure I will be coming here very often as it's hard to browse one handed on the phone while breastfeeding and don't get much time on the laptop...0 -
Congratulations tiny_tear!!!!
Ok, I can't cope with this tiredness. I was on the sofa all morning with my work laptop, haven't progressed much in the work, but at least I am doing something. But I am so tired now, I just can't concentrate!!!!! I am seeing consultant next Thursday, and I think I will have to beg to be signed off, as i really can't work like this. I feel bad that I can't rest and I feel bad that I am not able to give my full attention to my job. There is no winning here.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Ginvzt sorry you're feeling so tired. Have you had your iron levels checked? My friend is 32 weeks pregnant and has been feeling terribly tired - more than is to be expected. Her midwife checked her iron and B12 levels and they were both really low so she's now on increased supplements (was already taking low dose iron tabs) and is feeling much more awake.

I know my iron levels are low - I have been on iron tablets for 5 weeks now, and the tiredness is not getting any better. MIL checked iron levels last week and they were down on previous test, but she said it is ok as the blood volume is much higher now, so there should be enough for all 3 of us.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
