Hello ladies. Just checking in with you all. Missing our daily chats. Hard to believe this time last week I was in labour! scary.

Labour vibes to boldies and those who are praying for eviction. ;)

Personally I don't believe a word of it!! Depends how superstisious you are I suppose. We've had ours up waiting for him since before chrimbo, maybe I'm not the best person to ask :rotfl:
  • I head it was bad luck before 20 weeks or something, but with ds1 and this one i didnt care as i had knowhere to store them.

Hello and sorry i havent been posting, today ive had to put my feet up as my back is crippling today, so im sat up in bed with a film on the the xbox after having a well deserved fry up but i griddled it for a more healthier option.

I really do need to start slowing down, but with a huse to run an Oh who is at work from 7am till 6pm and a 4 year old who is hyperactive its hard work trying to get everything tidy and ready for baby so today ive decided to have a day off.

hope evryone is doing well xxxx

Please don't worry about it. I've heard this before, in fact my friend's mum is obsessed but I think that it's more of a ploy so that my friend would have the pram delivered to her mum - means mum has an excuse to turn up whenever, not that she needs one. ;)

Personally I don't see why having a pram in the house is any different from having a cot/changing table/baby clothes etc...

Though speaking of prams, we're going shopping with my inlaws tomorrow to have a look at prams/car seats at Mamas and Papas and Babies R Us. We've had a look at a few in Kiddicare so tomorrow is to get a feel of what else is available and see if there's anything we really like.

Any suggestions/recommendations are welcome - at the moment our only thoughts are that I need to be able to fold it and lift it by myself, it has to be suitable from newborn, suitable for walking around town and doing basic shopping with and that a carry cot/car seat may be a good idea.

Mine lived in the front room under a sheet for about three months. If anything did go wrong, it would just be awful luck and nothing whatsoever to do with the pram.
