Well after having a lovely day I've just had a complete meltdown. More than likely hormone related but can't stop crying. I just feel so tired and haven't had a good nights sleep since August cos of my stupid bladder. I can last a couple of hours and that's the max. I'm up at least 4 times between midnight and 6am and it's driving me utterly crazy.
Sorry for moaning

Sorry you're having a crap one Happydays. I know this probably sounds really basic and I apologise in advance if this wrecks your head even more but, just in case - I take it you aren't drinking anything at all for the last four hours before you go to bed? Apart from that, might I suggest some chocolate to cheer you up? And OBEM is on shortly - scares me slightly but always end up crying with happiness by the end of the programme.Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

You can read my mind Norabatty as I've just ate a bar if that dairy milk bubbly stuff. Well got half as my son decided I had to share. Boo hoo.
I stop drinking about 7pm and am generally in bed between 10pm and 11pm. It's just so wearing having to get up all those times. Last week I was in such a daze I tripped over the end of the bed and bruised all my knee. I really am a liability at the moment.
Guess I'm just one of those that can't stop peeing and I'll just have to live with it. I would just like to get a sleep of longer than 2 hours straight.

I appreciate how frustrated you must be. I've just had a few nights like that for a different reason (ridiculously sore stomach that wakes me up every time I move in my sleep) and I've felt the need to cry quite regularly for the past two days so if it's been going on for weeks and months for you, it must be a complete head-wrecker. How much further do you have to go?Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

Congrats to Redhead! And happy birthday and congrats to Dinah!
Looking forward to getting tomorrow out of the way so I can relax (as much as you can with a 3 year old...) It feels like a long week already0
