I think most of the clothes we've bought have been from Asda tbh.
Few bits from Mothercare and next sale but that's it.

I'd definitely recommend buying sleep suits with built in scratch mitts though.

Little man scratched his face twice yesterday by slipping his mitts off :(

I love tuna but I haven't been able to eat it since becoming pregnant as it tastes of pure iron to me!! :(

Ginvzt - my ds2 gets fed up every now and again giving me a massage so I will start training this one as soon as I can!! :D

I agree :D Scratch mitts are a pain in the bum to keep on, Amelia has normally got hers off in minutes. And her fingernails are really sharp! The sleepsuits with the fold-over cuffs are brilliant...

  • Sorry - minor rant there!

Wow! I wanna see a big one! Pretty please???!!:D

Sounds just like my cousin, minus the false rape allegation! She lives waaaayyyy beyond her means, her parents are loaded so her mother drops by once a week with the weekly shop from M&S and the mother also kitted out the house with expensive furniture, etc(I'm guessing his wages just about pay the mortgage). Whenever I see her, she brags about how she loves to go out to dinner to this fancy restaurant "sure it costs £200 for our dinner but it's soooo worth it!" Apparently she rang my sister-in-law recently and told her she'd take her 3 year old's travel system off her hands because she needed it. She didn't ask, she told. SIL told her to take a hike.

Doctor just rang me back, said my pain sounded muscular and to take co-codamol and drop into them on Friday if I needed to. :(

I had tinned tuna for the first time since getting pregnant this lunch. Had a jacket potato, tuna, sweetcorn, mayo and black pepper. Yum yum, will be having the exact same tomorrow.

Lovecrafting, really hope things get sorted money wise soon, I know how carp it is to be skint and pregnant.....whilst preg with DD3, we were waiting for DH DLA and SSP to be sorted (ended up taking 7 months as SSP wouldnt pay, werent entitled to Incapacity and had to wait for Income support argh!) And its so stressful, we were living on £70 a week for 7 months. Was a nightmare.
2nd hand things, we have the Pram and tons upon tons of clothes! I havent needed to buy anything new clothing wise, obviously have got a few cute bits tho! Everything tbh is new, however, everything else has been in a sale or on offer!!! Or i`ve had a money off voucher haha!
Happy Birthday to Dianh and congrats on a pink bundle :) xxx
