Congratulations carmilla, enjoy your mummy cuddles

Just wanted a but of advice, I bled after sex last night, has happened before as I have cervical erosion but this time there was more blood and was still some when I went to the loo in the night and this morning. No tummy pain and baby is moving around so I guess the extra bleeding is due t increased blood volume so I don't need to worry about it?

I am always one for caution so would just check with mw/Gp also if you are rhesus negative blood type then you should call them as you may need the anti d injection. It's probably nothing but 2 seconds of embarrassment explaining is nothing compared to childbirth lol!! Ro xx

I personally would ring the MW and check but mainly because DH wouldn't stop wittering about it until someone professional said it was ok! Plus I'd have to anyway as I'm rhesus negative so would have to have anti-d.

After being very quiet monday and most of Tuesday my baby was seriously on one yesterday! It had a couple of hours rest in the afternoon but the evening in particular it was manic! It moved and kicked non-stop from about 4pm until I went to bed! It was actually getting to the point that it was quite uncomfortable. I guess I shouldn't be surprised after that that its very quiet this morning yet I still can't help being a teeny bit worried! Never happy are we?!

I called the surgery and they said to call theMW so have left a message on their answer machine. Still 'old' brownish blood there when I wipe and a bit on my underwear with a couple of small clots (sorry for tmi!) so I guess its best to get a professional opionion, even though I am sure its coming from me and not baby

    Congratulations, Carmilla!!!

Happydays, I hope you are feeling better this morning. Come and complain.cry/rant here. That is what I do - sorry others!

Laura - I hope you get a reply from midwife soon. I agree, that it is better to get checked!

Here, I stopped in Tesco's last night, got the cuddle robes (towels) - 2 for £3.75, they feel so soft! And the muslin squares - 6 for £2.32, thought it was a good price, so got two packs... These are my first muslin squares, they are plain white. I am not sure hoe many do I actually need? I was going to look through my Tesco baby club vouchers and see if there is anything else worth using up, if they have not expired yet.
