I've just had an email from Sainsbury's Little Ones with a similar event, online today and instore from tomorrow. Looks like all nappies, wipes and weaning stuff.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
ah yes makes sense, but my SIL was going on about the nappies having some gentle oils and chemicals on them that prevent smells etc, which is why they go 'off! hmm weird.. ok if i see some wipes, nappies i am stashing up too.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

called Dr's earlier for GTT results - they are still not in yet. It's been two weeks - why do they take so long to process?
Seriously starting to get baby brain now; have read through the above posts but have forgotten most of what I have just read (no offence!).
re names: I thought about initials spelling out something, (my parents didn't think things through enough - my first initial when read straight along with my surname is dodgy and yes, got teased about it for years - still do now!) if we have a boy he will have the initials LAM which I thought was quite nice. Current girls choices would give initials of MGM or AGM! Lol.
As for nappies, i have a few packs in - mostly freebies or bought for offers of freebies - but still planning to go with reusables. Still veering towards Little Lamb bamboo ones, but have filled in a questionnaire thing on the nappy lady's website so waiting to see what recommendations she gives.
OH is getting a poke in the eye later - he promised to do the loft flooring last weekend and it's still not done! grrrr. I need to get things sorted cos with the plasterer coming on Monday he's not going to be able to work with boxes still piled everywhere!0 -
I believe Next do maternity trousers in XL? Not a problem I have mnyself (even petites are too long for me lol) but I remember my SIL had to get hers from there as she's a 32" leg. She had to get them online but it was a while ago now so that may have changed.
Hi NBirdy, yes it was me asking about long trousers. Unfortunately Im a 35 inside leg so not sure if Next do that length but will have a quick look. I think Ive tried Next online already though.
Ive got a feeling I will have to live in leggings for the next 4 months. Wouldnt be too bad in nicer weather
I went to Tesco yesterday and got 7 packs of newborn huggies. I had 9 £2 off vouchers that a lovely lady from MSE sent me but they only had 7 packs in stock. Only paid 47p a pack :T
My auntie has also bought some Asda starter packs so need to look in them and see if there are any vouchers inside. She thought she was doing me a favour by buying some vouchers for them off ebay, had to tell her off for not asking me first as obviously they were free from Asda website
Speaking of the Asda starter packs, has this finished? Tried looking for the link for the £5 voucher but cant find it. Tia:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0 -
Dunno if anyone has done it yet but go lookie through your bounty free book you get. There is a form to fill out to get a free bambino mio trial nappy. I think there was another one in there too but mine was out of date
I lie ... a free bumgenius nappy ... then bambino mio is a cheaper price on the starter kit i think it is.0 -

Bumgenius are very good! If you have your MatB1, you can get a free one on Babame, I'm not sure if that's in addition to the free Bounty one though? The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
