Im also planning to buy the cheeky wipes set and will use washable nappies, but not for the first couple of weeks or so just while we are getting into the swing of things. Hospital bag is part packed as well but no baby clothes washed yet.

Heya Poppet!! Same situation here! She is breech will be 36 weeks on Sunday. Are they referring you to the hospital yet? Or just waiting it out? Can't wait to get my poor cervix and anus back!!Being kicked there constant is not nice ...
  • Grrrrr, why do people think that it is ok to come up to me and say "you're getting fat now!" No, I am not getting fat, it is a baby, there is a difference.

Starting to make a list of everything that I still need to get - OMG, there is loads! I'm trying very hard not to get carried away and only buy things that we are actually going to need, but it still seems that there is a lot left to do! Been looking at the resuable nappies - thanks for the info on cheeky wipes as well, will be giving those some serious thought too!

Hey Y'all hope everyone is well. My PMA is back up again and feeling great (well great as I can feel physically :D)

Ikkle what you were discussion go the TTC board about conceiving a girl or a boy. It worked for us (not that we were trying for a particular gender) we completely missed ovulation so from the beginning we thought it would be a girl.

It is thought that Girl sperm is slower but lives longer and boy sperm is faster but doesn't live as long. So depending on when you BD at ovulation depends on what gender you will have.

Looks like most of September timed it well :D

Yeah I'd heard about the timing BD to determine gender before I just couldn't remember which way around it was. We BD'd 2 days before, on Ov and 2 days after and are having a Boy, OH reckons he has super sperm so I'm just gonna tell him he's not they are just lazy lol x

Hmmm I'd only just started charting my temperatures (literally) - temperature spike was 4 & 3 days after so likely to be a girl...?

    I'm so confused.

I emailed the local CAB just to clarify what will happen with benefits as I'm already on them due to disability and when to tell IS that I'm pregnant and the person said to let them know when the baby is born. However, people have been saying to let them know at 20-something weeks so I'm now confused. :S

The adviser did say that nothing would change though (not due to the baby anyway. I haven't been transferred to ESA yet and that's another worry!)
