Missmonkeymoo, I have a wedding to go to four days before my EDD. It's my mum's so I kinda need to go. I've said we'll have to make the final decision nearer the time as it's about 90 miles away. I want to go but I am not looking forward to the drive.
I have just got a maxi dress from New Look that's a nice blue colour and cost £19.99.
I've just got back from my 28 week midwife appointment had my bloods taken, baby's heartbeat is fine, bump measuring spot on. Baby is head down but facing to my right. Midwife has referred me to physio for my sore hips which is good.

Hi again. We set up a facebook group as it is completely private. You can share real names, baby photos and other details of your personal life which I would not be willing to do on MSE. Don't forget, any details you write on these threads can be seen by anybody worldwide. If you make your facebook group private, then only accepted members can see the details on there. I would really recommend you ladies setting up a new group - it's a lovely way of supporting and sharing. Plus, if you ask a question, then replies stay on your question. Here, you have to trawl through pages to check if anybody has answered.
I hope that helps xx
Whilst I think any support is brilliant - I worry that the many lurkers on this thread wont be able to read and therefore gain support/ reassurance/ advice. Many people get help vicariously through reading other's experiences and the subsequent posts advising them.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Massive congratulations to BB, Museumworker and rakkibeth!!
Flipping 'eck! I'm now 25th on the list. That's scary.
OH and I watched OBEM last night. I told him afterwards - that's the last one I'll be watching. I'm starting to get scared now.
I'd be up for joining a FB group. There are often things I want to say on here that I'm too paranoid to share in case someone from real life susses me out! LOL!
P.S can i just say a big thanks to Emsbet for doing such a great job on the list? I like to log on every morning to see what is happening wit hit. Thank you!!0 -
Me either
xx
I didn't lose any either. But then again I didn't have morning sickness.
At 33+4 I have put on 1 stone 10 pounds. I think that's ok really. If I put on a pound a week between now and due date then I will have put on 2 stone 2 pounds. I'd be pretty pleased with that to be honest.0 -
Good Luck Choc Lover. xx0

Congratulations BB, rakkibeth and museum worker.
Well I had my 32 week scan yesterday to see if the placenta has moved up away from my cervix and it hasso I'm on for the big push in approx 8 weeks time. Had to have an internal scan as well yesterday as they couldn't see how much of the cervix was clear, was bit uncomfortable but when you think whats going to happen soon during labour i'd say an internal scan is the least of my worries! When I looked round and seen the condom on the scaning instrument I nearly laughed as it shocked me. OH's face was a picture also.
I hope everyone is feeling well and labour vibes to the boldies.

My DH won't watch it. He's very squeamish! He always either goes out of the room or sits playing the piano with his headphones on (we have an electric piano)MrsExcited wrote: »I'd be up for joining a FB group. I think that's the positive thing about having a closed fb group, people can share much more and don't have to worry about who will read it! Also you get to share lots of scrummy baby picturesMrsExcited wrote: »P.S can i just say a big thanks to Emsbet for doing such a great job on the list? Aww, no problem, as I've said before, I like to be useful

Emsbet - I've got the blue maxi dress from New Look too! I do like it a lot and it is very comfy so I guess if I do go I can wear that and maybe just add some nice jewelry and get my hair done! I thought my scenario was bad, but 4 days before your due date? Wow! Still, I guess we can only wait and see nearer the time!
Oh and I agree with the others - you do a fantastic job with the list!0
