  • Thanks RJH I've got an undifferentiated CTD, ANA+. Feeling less achy now :)

Silly moo I don't iron my clothes so won't be ironing bubba's. Even if you iron them you'll still put them away into a drawer, then onto baby then onto unsterilised surfaces so germs will be on them. I don't think ironing will make any difference to that.

Oh that's not fun miss money

Somehow my brainwave was to take dd out for a walk. The trail is a mile and a half long with no toilets. Why did I think this was a good idea

I'm looking forward to going out with my DH to my cousins later. I'm really close to her and have somehow managed to get to 28 weeks (well I will be tomorrow) without telling her I'm pregnant. So I'm just going to go round and see what she does...it's very obvious I'm pregnant right now. Ha ha.

I'm also going out for a meal and a stroll with DH's family for fathers day...I'm guessing that means I'll be very unwell tomorrow. :( But I can do good day/bad day. At least I'm getting good days. :D

    Very quick update!

Still no baby, let's just say birth plan went well and truly out window! Now hooked up to epidural so feeling better :)

Baby seems happy enough at mo, being examined at 7 pm to see if I'm any more dilated. I hope so as if not c-section.

    Can't wait for my cuddles!

Thanks for all the support ladies :)

  • BB - sorry you're having a tough time of it, hope things get moving for you soon!

LMM - hugs to you chick - hope you feel better soon!

Rebekah - we like the starry nights bedding set at Babies R Us - they've got an offer on to buy the bedding, matress and cotbed that saves about £100 so think we'll go for that. We've not quite decided on the wall stickers yet, but we quite like this one

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Winnie-Pooh-Stickers-Bedroom-Nursery/dp/B005OUPXAI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1339953703&sr=8-2

And we also like the one that you have chosen too! I'm sure you know already but the WTP Cotbed is now back in stock at babies r us!

Best mate has just text me to say that we can't have the car seat and base that she offered to us after all! I wouldn't mind but we've already bought the travel system after she offered to let us use the car seat so we didn't bother with the special deal that would have saved us money if we had bought the car seat at the same time! So now we are going to have to fork out more money! Anyone know of any good deals on the Cybex Aton car seat and Isofix base? Had a quick look on the web and the car seat alone is £140!

Also spoke to my neightbour yesterday and he's been telling me how one of my cats likes to go into their conservatory. Now my cat would never just go wandering into their house so I know that they are encouraging her to go in which I am not happy about! They did this with another cat of mine and to cut a long story short, my cat lived in their house for about two -three years, but came back to me for feeding! if there were ever any problems they would bring the cat back round so I could take it to the vets! I offered to let them have her (she didn't get on with my tabby so I was pleased that she was happy with them) but they said they didn't want to own animals anymore. What they meant was they didn't want the RESPONSIBILITY of an animals but they wanted all the benefits! Anyway, I'm not letting it happen again so going to have a polite word with them sometime this week. Need to make sure she doesn't get used to going next door, especially as she will prob be a bit unsettled when baby comes along.

Got my GTT tomorrow in the morning so need to fast from some point tonight (I'm sure they told me from 9pm). I'm not sure if it was wise of me and the OH to buy a box of thorntons chocs to scoff whilst watching a film - will just have to make sure I eat them in the next couple of hours! LOL
