That's really good Gilly - I think they have a habit of putting the prices up where I live as they see it as a place where there are lots of people with money. I know that when I was at uni, Weatherspoons was literally a third of the price compared to the one where I live. It really annoys me that prices can vary so much.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

and last night had a nose bleed. My OH has made me promise to call the midwife for a chat if my nose bleeds again in case my BP is getting silly.
Oh no, are nose bleeds a bad sign? I've been having heart palps since Saturday and just had a big nose bleed for no reason. Doh!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.84 December 25

Twinklie, nose bleeds can be a sign of high blood pressure which can be a concern. It isn't necessarily but worth keeping an eye on.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Hmm...might give the midwife a ring in the morning then if things keep up. I think I have low blood pressure rather than high. I'm thinking perhaps its down to a low iron count.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.84 December 25

Found this which has more information. I wouldn't worry about the occasional nose bleed as long as they stop.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Congratulations Jovi, I hope you both get to go home soon.
No news from me yet I'm afraid - I've got midwife on Thursday when she's going to do a sweep - apparently it's a lot more effective on your second so should get things going within a couple of days. I'm hoping anyway!£2013 in 2013 £866.71/£2013

Meant to say - thanks for the shopping suggestions earlier! Have packed DH off to the supermarket with a long list!
This afternoon I have been through the 2 freezers, and made an inventory for each (don't judge me!)
Found some very dubious things in there...! Managed to organise them a bit, anyway, to make some space.
Hope DH comes home with something tasty for tea, I haven't had the energy to make anything. Keep meaning to make a lasagne, the leftovers of which I plan to freeze. I love lasagne, but it's such a faff to make, with loads of washing up to do afterwards...!
Right, as I'm on the computer, I'm going to take a photo of my baby's room and see if I can post on here...

Cheers Kitten, I'm not gonna stress about it, but think I should probably check with the midwife anyway - just with the heart palps and everything. Yawn.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.84 December 25
