Congratulations jovi - wow he's teeny! Pleased to hear how well he's doing and hope you aren't sore for too much longer.
Well done rj on completing your exam - I hope you got yourself a treat from greggs too - I love their caramel doughnuts!
Just been to lunch with a friend, but we didn't have any dessert. I had a couple of bits to get in MrT, so popped in there and looked at their reduced stuff whilst I was there - they had these tiny little shot glass gu desserts - cherry with chocolate ganache on top, so I bought them as they were only 35p!I'm ashamed to say that I've eaten all of them since I've been home, swiftly followed by some gaviscon for the after effects.
Still, I'm justifying it by the fact that it was less than 10% of the cost of any of the desserts in the restaurant, and probably even though I ate all 3 shot glasses, probably contained less calories too - at least that's what I'm hoping.
My lunch was reasonably healthy - falafels in pitta with salad.
Had a look in H&M with my friend as she needed to get some bigger sleep suits for her little girl, and saw some quite cute baby clothes. Didn't buy anything though, as they seemed to be quite expensive too, as everything was individual items.
Well I'm off to try and persuade the cat to come and have cuddles on the bed with me like he did yesterday, as Moon will be home soon and he definitely won't if he's around, as he worries that Moon will poke him - he has a habit of not being able to leave him alone.
Hugs to all who need or want them, and labour vibes where appropriate.

That's really good Gilly - I think they have a habit of putting the prices up where I live as they see it as a place where there are lots of people with money. I know that when I was at uni, Weatherspoons was literally a third of the price compared to the one where I live. It really annoys me that prices can vary so much.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

and last night had a nose bleed. My OH has made me promise to call the midwife for a chat if my nose bleeds again in case my BP is getting silly.
Oh no, are nose bleeds a bad sign? I've been having heart palps since Saturday and just had a big nose bleed for no reason. Doh!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Twinklie, nose bleeds can be a sign of high blood pressure which can be a concern. It isn't necessarily but worth keeping an eye on.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Hmm...might give the midwife a ring in the morning then if things keep up. I think I have low blood pressure rather than high. I'm thinking perhaps its down to a low iron count.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Found this which has more information. I wouldn't worry about the occasional nose bleed as long as they stop.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500
