Too late I've binned it now, some bits were looking a funny colour anyway.

Fair enough ;) for reference though, red meats naturally turn brown if exposed to air. Supermarket packaging is filled with an inert gas to delay this and keep it looking "attractive" but the oxidation (browning) isn't harmful, just cosmetic. My personal rule is as long as it smells ok, it's ok to use :)

I don't read the dates any more but trust my instincts, sniff test etc.

I don't risk it if things look like they are on the turn etc but there are plenty of things that will last a few days longer.

So I'm hoping to go back to work dance teaching (gentle things) about 10 weeks after baby boy comes, if he comes naturally and we are okay etc... is this sort of figure realistic?? blimey, seems quick, what did she do?!

Just back from 25 week appt with midwife. All good and bump measuring 25cm. Hubby thought heartbeat sounded like a train which suggests boy. Does anyone believe the horse/train theory? I'd like a girl!

Got my letter for flying the week after next. Heat is not good when pregnant! Am so glad I'm not huge at the mo. Hopefully we will then have rain til August!

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

Well me and bump are still here :)

It is soooo warm, I said to my OH today this will so enter the folklore of my pregnancy story lol "remember when it was realllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy hot in May, yeah I was overdue" lol

Felt at a bit of a loose end past few days (was due Tuesday) but now just trying to enjoy the sun and the peace! :rotfl:

No signs so far, well some Braxton Hicks but I have been getting them for ages sometimes I just cut down on raspberry tea. I am adding ice to my Raspberry Leaf Tea tonight

Rebekah I think I saw soon after I posted the other day you postin to me (my laptop has been on blink since!!) I know doesn't it feel forever ago we were in TTC. I am having a baby girl :) and it is sooooooooo not too early for you to be on maternity :)

I try not to let myself think about how warm that hospital is going to be. Middle of night or dawn is looking quite appealing a time for bump to come now!!!

Hi my name is Christa, im 24 and 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. (jan 15th so far) Feel very tired & exhausted all the time unlike my last pregnancy, work is not helping either as i have spent the last 3 days working in temperatures of around 32/33 degrees which has made me so dizzy and faint like i am about to pass out, the way my work see it im only a couple of months pregnant so i shouldnt complain :( But anyway, i have read through the last few pages of the thread and am pleased to meet all of you

There was some brown but I know that's ok but the fat had gone quite a bright yellow which I didn't find appealing :o

Having a cold alcohol free beer with lemonade and lime. I'm not normally a beer drinker but I'm enjoying this :)
