Mornin you lovely lot. Well I did 1-3 on left hip - turned over (after a pee of course!) and 3-4 on right hip, 4-7 left and then 730-8 on right and then sod it - im getting up. Better than last night but still v.painful. Just having cereal and a break and then ill nap more on sofa me thinks. Where's the sun gone! All cloudy here. We slept with window (small) (big one broken better ring a man to come mend it!) and curtains open all night. Had fan on and slept under a towel blanket.

morning everyone, just quickly updating how we are etc, i dont get much chance to get on mse these days, i blame facebook and its addictive personality.

isla is doing great, she is due her 8 week check next week and will definatley be over 6lb she is trying to smile and feeds like its going out of fassion.x how is everyone i havent read back yet i hope everyone is alright

Re: birthplan things have already changed from what I wanted so much. Think I'll write a guide rather than a plan, I think if it didn't go to plan I could be easily upset. I don't like it when things I try and plan go wrong.

Well thank you everyone for the lovely messages I'm still on cloud nine! Can't remember who asked when the wedding might be. We've not really discussed it yet, but we think this year might be hectic enough lol. Although it would be lovely to be properly married before the baby comes, it would be a very quick, very MSE wedding! OH's birthday yday and we had a lovely time in Canterbury even gained a few freckles. And I'm now 24 weeks
Today we're leaving for home, sun is already shining here. Going to spend a couple of hours at the beach before heading home. I just feel so blessed and contented right now.

Saw the consultant yesterday. So far I've only been measured by two midwives and the baby's growth is absolutely consistent and within the estimated parameters.

Consultant measured me as two centimetres bigger than my weeks, which massively puts me over the top line! According to her my baby weighs 7 and a half pounds! With five weeks still to go! I'm praying her measurement is on the subjective side. My fundus is pretty difficult to find because I've got a large abdominal scar between my tummy button and boobs plus she didn't pull the tape taught. It was baggy.

If I carry on at this rate, the baby will be about six stone by the time it's born

Wow it was hot last night! It did get me thinking (an then I must admit panicking!) if its soo hard for me to get cool how am I gonna make sure my baby is at the right temp when they are here (hopefully in a weeks time) I do seem to do this at stupid o clock in the morning when my mind runs wild about how much I don't know!!!!!! Eeeeeeek x

mrs H dont worry about keeping the baby cool, baby will be fine as s/he is used to being at a constant 38.1 degrees inside you, thats why the wards are so hot because they adjust gradually to outside tempretures.

i have a nakey baby on her changing mat at the moment, she is just laying there as if to say, mummmm turn the sun off.
