If you don't feel comfortable, feel it could bring you bad luck, don't buy it, you will be unhappy in it.
Personal I hope the whole of the house buying population feel the same as you, because i would buy it at a discount if it was the house I want,
the 13 thing would not even bother me.
But if you are selling a house with damned forever, cursed number 13.......................0 -

A friend of mine bought a house (detached house), with the number 13, and contact ed the council and changed the number to 11A. title deeds have to be changed as well, involves legal work and cost. but it is possible:).0 -
My sister lived in NY and her address was Apartment 13, 13 West, 13th Street, NY !!0

I'm not really superstitious (I moved house on Friday the 13th because it is so much cheaper), but for some reason, I would think twice about buying a house number 13 although if it was the perfect house, then I would buy it.
The only reasons I can think of is that the Ogdens lived at no.13 Coronation Street and I always thought they were strange as a child and the number 13 in the road where I grew up was the only run down house in the whole area.0
