It's Friday NP :j
Welcome home silvercar :beer:0 -
Are the NP's invited?
Dave could bring his polytunnel which can serve as marquee.
Single Sue's son's band will provide live music.
I will bring some Belgian beers.
And michaels will arrange a 100-head buffet service that he found on hotukdeals for £1.25 after quidco, cashback and several voucher codes.
And Wheezy will film the event0 -
So, any NPs who have recently moved house or are about to move houselog onto all possible credit reference agencies and tell them your new address. Then you need to wait 24hrs for their computer systems to retrieve the electoral roll info for your new address. Then, and only then, can you apply for a credit card.
I'm actually on it here, as I didn't change it before .... but electoral roll probably won't like my next 2-3-4 addresses I expect in the next 2-3-4 months.... hotels, caravans, sofas. Who knows where I'll be 'living'.0 -

I am rarely on electoral rolls, not anywhere long enough to bother. And I've never joined a reference agency so nothing to log onto.

If you're not intending to apply for any credit cards then it doesn't matter. Oh, and I don't in general "join" credit agencies. I take out trial membership of them very occasionally when I need to check my credit rating, and then cancel my membership afterwards.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
It's annoying that Asda shuts at 8pm. It's annoying it's so small ... but even more annoying when I realise at 7:55 that I need something..... gonna have to get the car out now ... and it's raining.
Deep joy0 -
I had to go out .... I was fed up with coleslaw. I've eaten most of a large tub of cheesy coleslaw the last few days, inside 6 pittas and as a filling for two bread rolls.... and I opened the fridge ... and there it was, staring at me. So I had to go out as I couldn't fancy jacket potato topped with coleslaw tonight. It looks like just one final portion in the tub. But I bought a bag of carrots - and only got through one so far, so I will be eating grated carrots every day this week in some form or another....
Went out and bought a couple of individual egg custards for tea0 -

Cheesy coleslaw has never appealed, where as quite happy to have coleslaw with cheese in a an indulgentu sandwich.
For some very complicated reason we have a lot of fizzy drink in the house ( rare apart from atm) and i had some diet cola tonight and dh is laughing at the amount i have blown up. Hah. Its him who wriggles close in bed, when the air only has one way to go. That'll show him.
My belly really hurts, i am never drinking fizzy pop again0
