I was listening to local radio tonight and heard about this story. Made me really angry, actually scratch that, it made me absolutely f*ing furious. I can't believe it hasn't been more widely covered:

    http://www.lutontoday.co.uk/news/local/elderly-alzheimer-s-sufferer-locked-in-bus-overnight-1-3798560
Awwww.... thing is, whose bright idea was it anyway that she could use buses. I'd not trust my old to use a bus!

The trouble starts because if you question anything you're told "it's their choice" - but it's not is it .... not if they're borderline ga-ga, slipping in and out of ability.

Funnily enough, I've never been to Japan or China, although I have been to Hong Kong and most of SE Asia.

I wonder how many people realise Vatican City is a Country even though it's in Rome?

A really nice Principality to visit is San Marino. Hop on a cheap Ryanair flight to Rimini, see how the Italians beach Holiday, then get the Bus up to San Marino for a couple of nights. Easy to do on a budget, even there. Useless information alert ;) There's never been a Grand Prix in San Marino!
I've clocked up the Vatican and two principalities so far (Monaco and Andorra) and would like to add Leichtenstein and San Marino one day.
Loads more Europe and North America I want to see, and maybe Australia one day. Been to Morocco and Hong Kong, but in general, Asia, Africa, South America, not so interested.

    I'm impressed!

I didn't know who or what Sopho was.
I have the Google dictionary extension to Chrome and if you don't know what a word means you just double click it and a box will appear with a definition.
It doesn't always work but seemingly Sopho was worthy of a definition all of her own. It must be a wiki thing.

I will remove this is you wish though i'm sure it will be common knowledge.

    Wrong Sopho!

My OH is Toroshelidze (who can be found here). Another bit of trivia, the one nearest the camera is Mari Bokeria, who’s Giga Bokeria (Georgian foreign minister)’s daughter.

Khalvashi is my cousin (who I’m certainly not married to)

Me! Can't understand how Jade got away with it, absolute shambolic team leader. Probably as Michael said, kept in for entertainment value as she is so annoying.

It's hardly a "hop on" if you're not near where Ryanair fly from ... and to get to Rimini you have to leave from Stansted. Stansted's a day's travel from me! I bet getting to Stansted costs more and takes longer than the flight :)

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Go whereever into italy you can get from near you, then travel via plane or train onwards from there.:)

I slept through both alarms today, and can barely move now either. I am getting wound up because i probably need to go and have tests to see what i have out of sync atm, which means a gp, because i don't think its the straight forward brain issue, so i have to decide whether to go as visiting patient to old gp pr to go private more locally. I cannot use the doctor here, i can not, i just can not. I know its fruit loopy, but not sure what i can do about that!

Meanwhile, i will up iron and swallow some kelp. Its most likely to be anaemia or thyroid this time.
