You know the one, we've all had that hand that lives under the bed, since we were tiny kids... we know it's there and if we don't sleep under the covers it'll get us. Well, one night it did. I was late 20s, had been sleeping on my arm and it'd gone dead, turned over in the night, arm came over and dropped onto my face... I woke up, realised something was on my face, grabbed it with my good hand and could feel it was a hand. Couldn't feel it was my hand as my hand/arm were dead. Freaked out, pulled it away, screamed.... reached the extent of my reach and let go of the hand... which then fell on my face again... repeat.... mum came into my room, turned the light on ... and I realised what'd happened
Oh my!
I didn't have a hand under the bed. For some reason i was quite scate of thatcher at night time. I also had a weird thing when i was luttle that i thought flushing the loo might open a trapdoor you would fall down between loo and bathroom door.0 -

I don't have strange dreams, I normally sleep like the dead or roll around the bed until OH falls out or wakes up and rolls me back into position.0

As I'm always boring on about on other threads, you can use auctionsniper if it's a bidding auction, especially useful if you're buying in a different time zone. You register and enter the price you're happy to pay, sit back and let it bid at 3.30 in the morning or whatever. It emails you the result.
It's most useful if you've watched similar items sell and noted the sale price then compared that with what you'd happily pay for it.
Once you get the hang of it it's so reliable that on the rare occasion you don't get what you want, you feel a bit cheated! If you use it more than a few times there's a small charge. Well worth it.
On the other hand if you collect avios you can bid via their site and get points for everything you buy- good for buy-it-now items. (well, not sure it's everything; I think they've limited it to fashion and motoring items).

I hate it when I waste time watching a film..... that I don't understand. Just watched Along Came a Spider .... and have no idea what happened in the last X minutes. I get it was the blond all along and she was in it with the bloke .... but I've no idea what the one who was shot had to do with it, or who was actually the fake teacher.... and so there's something missing.
Also - the two blokes looked the same to me.
I presume that the first nutter, shot by Alex, was a liar and never did the kidnapping in the first place.
And this is why I don't watch films.....0 -
Fairy Jobmother now - More 4, freeview 14.
Edit: Oh, it's a repeat, this is the one I saw earlier this week.... hate it when that happens.0 -
