So, I can't just screw sockets to the wall without connecting them to the electrical supply? You are quite sure that they wouldn't count?
i mean it seems logical that they wouldn't but i am not the socket-arbiter, so i cannot give you a definitive answer on that.
presumably there's a regulator called OFFSOC or something which you can contact to clarify.0 -
