She doesn't look anything special to me......but then I am no oil painting either.
PN - I didn't 'get' the lego bricks either, even after LJ posted the pics! Mind you, magic eye pictures tend not to work on me either.
Gorgeous house Doozer, I would love to have a property of that size, that kitchen is to die for.
I do use Facebook but mainly for my website although I do put up good news posts so that ex hubby and family members can be kept in the loop (ex hubby tends to delete my text messages without reading them and then gets narky about me not telling him about something!), I also have a twitter account but I think I have posted twice in the last 2 years (and again, only for my website)
School holidays going ok but did have to blackmail middle son this morning to get him into the bath, not sure if it is just teenage defiance or his aspergers! We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

And really, does anyone actually "send a bottle of champagne over" in real life? Complete cobblers.
I'd say she's a 6/10 looks-wise, and 1/10 journalism-wise
Of course people send drinks over, well i presume they still do, i am out of the game a while now but not decades) but only someone very crass would send champagne if you were not drinking something champagne would go well aftee, like....more champagne). Often its much, much older men though. Ans its one of those slimy moments, more often than not. Edit: and doesn't rely on the teipoants being super gorgeous, often looking super up for it is more motivating)0 -

Sheesh.....this is bad...forgotton what typing mid post.
Um....hangon.
Boxing 6oo women do/ have done in uk and its at the olympics.
Lots of women do.....um....cannot rememebr but either hocky or netball and its not.
Um, in its original quote it was really quite interesting and relevant to some discussions we have had about olympics.0 -

I remember this VERY distinctly. Nobody's ever offered to buy me a drink, ever.... and one night (about 1998) I was out in a club in Exeter and I went to the bar when I got into a club - and the barman came over and said "that man over there wants to buy you a drink".... I looked up, all excited..... it was simply one of the workmates I was out with that evening; he was just getting a round inOh well, at l heard the words once. So I ordered half a cider.
At least, in your explanation, I come out of this looking good - as I don't look "super up for it"0 -

So....are you implying you used to go out looking super up for it?!
I might try that if some sleazy old men will send champagne over. Sounds ace.0 -

If you are hot and dressed up for it, men definitely buy you drinks. I used to go out with a "friend" who was lonely all the time and then realised she kept getting free drinks with numbers and I was there as her ugly sister best friend.
(she's model material so you have to be on that scale)0 -

Agreed. Nice gaff doozer.
Have started looking around at houses recently. Will probably want to move in a couple of years (or 5) and it takes me that long to get clear in my mind what I want. Then negotiate with the Mrs.
Bigger kitchen/diner on the back of the house is on the list. But bit bigger than yours if poss!
Have seen this one

and think it's the right size.
House is a semi though. So off the list.0 -
