They had the light in pic3 in the store with the cords of different lengths, so the 3 on the RHS were lower than the middle and lower again than the 3 on the LHS. I used to be a PA, 30 years ago when it meant something ... and, this is a true story, one of the main reasons I gave it up was because bosses expected you to make coffee for them and every visitor ... and I hated doing it as I was rubbish. I now know why I was rubbish - I can't really coordinate to carry trays and not that good at remembering the orders.... so it'd be fraught with danger... and I hated it.
What a waste of skills... making coffee.
The only time I ask her to make me a coffee is when my car pulls up outside the office every morning (Unless I decide to come in at 5am to go home early). I normally, as lazy as I generally am, make myself a coffee whenever I’m near the kitchen, which is surprisingly often.
I’m going down into London now, so see my lovely business partner in Croydon and another gentleman called Warren who’s a London cabbie about a large amount of work that could be coming our way if the price is right. As far as I’m aware, this man knows Mitch Winehouse. I’ve never met a cabbie songwriter before 💙💛 💔0 -

Instead of double height ceiling what anout stair well?:D
Unfortunately that wouldn't work. We have stairs in a square U shape if that makes sense, and the light fitting hangs above the bannister. Anything bigger than that and you wouldn't be able to walk upstairs without knocking your head. You can't move the fitting left or right either as you would then lose the illuminating effect on the landing, which has no windows on so is dark anyway:(.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

We are going to the Fat Duck tomorrow and I have a sore throat. I am not cancelling and will enjoy it but still would have rather been in top form rather than hacking over 3 Michelin star food.

Oh, can i be a little envious? Please tell me all about it in GREAT detail! Chuga log the lemsios tonight and tomorrow morning, have a good vapour bath, and a couple of spoons of honey. Milk chocolate...like dairy milk, temporarily soothes sore throats (best tip a gp ever gave me!). Prepare like an athlete with an injury missk!0 -

I only know the name and which celeb owns it because years ago I used to go to a shed in a field called the Fish & Duck, billed as "Norfolk's biggest nightclub", you went to a tiny village, did a U turn into a farmer's track, crossed 3 fields and right by the river was a shed. Stopped going there because on NYE everybody was jumping up and down at midnight and the floor collapsed, so they closed.0 -

The weather is grim, grimmer, grimmest so i have made a veg stew and cats and i have snuggled up with a pile of books. The catsvlove this ort of day best.
I read that as "I have made a veg stew and cats" and then "and I have snuggled up with a pile of books." So "veg stew and cats" with the same meaning as "pork stew and dumplings". Glad to realise the cats are not being eaten after all.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Hahaha, they are very much alive, and pinched some of my veg stew, which i turned into sheperdess pie.
We managed a gorge of three books, which i also devoured greedily, and have made a start on a fourth, (in between doing some seed sowing indoors) but i am full of words now, so watching the thing about queens on bbc4 instead.0
