You never really know, do you? Kiddo was not there when i was proached (and what was said was not so bad, that it was said at close quarters could threaten some women i think) but did not really want to take the gamble something he might pick up on was said when he was there.

I had a quote for a loft conversion a few years back. One of the chaps was a small, almost bald, ageing nobody. I received the written quote and a compliments slip asking me for a drink.... cheeky f*cker didn't even pay for his own stamp!

Or there was the heavily overweight and grubby/sweaty, red-faced man who fixed my back door lock ... and then invited me to go to a steam rally with him. pfft
