You ignore him Wheezy, you were twice his age about 10 years ago but he's been catching you ever since.
Oh and Happy Birthday Wheezy!
Funnily maths aren't really needed to be an accountant :rotfl:
It does depend on your definition of nearly, 45 is nearly 56...
I really need to take more care with what I am doing.
Anyway to prove my brain does work sometimes, it would be 11 years ago.

Just had to open my door and hope some of the stench goes outside..... I am about 8' away from the microwave but nuking cauli, carrots and broccoli's turning my stomach. Don't want everything to stink of that. Only 4 minutes more to go.... certainly less stinky than boiling it, but either way it stinks.0

Just one minor hiccup at the end - using gravy granules, luckily it was still light outside as I had to go outside to mix those up as I couldn't see how much water I was putting in, or what the consistency was. Never had those granules before, got them from Aldi/Lidl and they were the best instant gravy I've ever had - tasted like proper meaty gravy!!
So, room's now cold, dark.... and still whiffs of veggies. My drying knickers on the airer will carry Eau De Cauli around with them now......0 -
Pn, i recommend you buy a prices cooks candle. They are surprisingly effective, i used to use the tea light versions in london, where i cooked with the door open to be in the conversation with people, but that meant the food smells filled the hall and upstairs.0

Out door loo is now indoor loo
Only problem is, it is now in the middle of the kitchen! The wall behind loo gets disappearing tomorrow0 -

I can think of several replies to this statement, but none of them suitable for a 'nice' thread like this.
Perhaps when you go into the local shop tomorrow, old ladies will nudge each other and say, "She had some (cauliflower) last night!"0 -

That aside.... does that mumbo jumbo really work? Or does it just create a new stink?0 -

Yes it works. Not for smells in fabric, but in the air yes.
It would be less successful i thnk if you put ipt in a jar.
I love open flames. I am respectful of them. Someone in my family was in a terrible fire, so i always think our collective love of open fires etc is testament to our ability to 'deal with it'0
