!!!!!! is going on with the forum?
Weird formatting problem for me?“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

yeah i got that too, seems to have gone away. probably related to the imminent changes to the layout of the forum?0 -
Sewage problem has been resolved (temporarily).
Forum is looking a little weird at the moment.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

Looks ok to me?0

Maybe i've been clicked onto the new forum design somehow? It is all a little weird. There are gaps all over the show and a lot of the images are different.
I'm not lovin' it, but I never love it when a website changes its design, so I guess I'll get used to it eventually.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

Yesterday, the council gritted our road. There was no rain, snow, or frost overnight, and this morning a street sweeping truck came up the road and swept up all the dirt plus yesterday's grit. It's good to know that joined-up government is alive and well at Barnet town hall.
Still, if they were any good, they wouldn't have to work for my local council. (Apologies to all those I have offended by that remark.)No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

still, should just concentrate on seeing if i can get it first, and then worry about the rest if i get it (being realistic, even though i know the person i would be reporting to, the chance of this is probably <5%). at least if i get rejected i can be relieved!
good luck
going to give us a clue what you might be doing? I need a salary rise too.0 -

In deceber the council here sent everyone a letter telling us they would be sending a letter in january. Firstly...i think thats a watse of monet and odd...like save the date things as well as invites, and secondly, we never did get a letter in january. Every now and then i wonder what it was about and if i will ever know.
They also are resurfacing my road in janaurt. Hahahaha. Actually i am eased, we are having a trench road side next week and that would have destroyed new tarmac edge. If they do it after thatit will look neat.
But inany case, they should not do it, its not got pot holes, its a rural road,....patch pot holes, resurface when shot. Waste of money.n0 -

User CP/ Edit Options (Left side). Go to the forum skin at the bottom of the page and select New masthead, stretchy, should sort you out.0 -
