Anyway .... back to this very very annoying missjennipenni .... who cooks perfect looking food that I am unable to make right now :) That's a good definition of annoying.

She's made some fab looking chicken pakoras. Now, I've probably never had a chicken pakora in my life, but by golly I want some now http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y298/missjennipenni/P1014164.jpg

I've never wanted to be a leader... I'm happy as a backroom hard worker that simply does a great job.

If/when I lead, I lead from the rear..... sending people out to do stuff that doesn't turn out to be wrong or fruitless. Troops like that - clear instructions they can rely on.

i cannot lead people. i refuse to delegate on the basis that it's quicker to do it yourself than to unpick someone else's terrible mess, so do everything myself and ignore any suggestions my colleagues make.

Given that statement, the fact I grew up in Australia and that you detest my trousers, you sure you're not my other half? (I know you're not really, I'm 5'6")....

Did anyone else watch restoration man? It'll be on C4+1 if anyone wants a gawp. I remember the lady with the Martello Tower from last time.

The result of the Scottish Tower is utterly dreadful. So bad it's nearly funny. I'm not certain it isn't a joke.

Why, what did you put in it?

Phew, I'm safe, mine's asleep in bed (I think).

skiing down an indoor slope is pretty boring though and i would only do it for lessons, it's not much fun!
Ever seen/thought about the grass version? Using an elongated skateboard? You can do it when you like, on any big hill, for free then.

Not sure what they call it... *googles*.... Mountain Boarding. There are all terrain boards you can use on grass, or sand, or tarmac....

Cheers Doozer. I'm going to sign off now, watch and go to bed. If the Scottish one is the first one (I missed the bit saying where it is set) I'm worried already and I've only seen the plans. It can't get worse can it?

    Night all.

    Yes. Utterly dire.

I am not sure why he needed to have any extension at all.... I'd have cracked on and done the tower first. The end result was probably the most repulsive, cheap/shoddy piece of sh1te I've ever had the misfortune to see outside of a council house lived in by old men with lean to's.

As for the Martello, I'd shrug and go "OK" then find some way to get sme perspex wind shields on that top once I'd moved in....

    I've been Money Tipped!
Just went to get dh who now has no idea whether he still has a job so decided to come home. He is sanguine about it and is gonna turn up on monday morning and see what happens.

Any way, i went and waited for half an hour at the wrong station, and had left my mobile at home. Eventually found a call box.....SIXTY PENCE minimum? Crikey, i really do live under a stone don't i. Had to go back to the car to get more that the twenty p i had taken to top up the ten p that used to run out quickly.
